Today I was contacted by two different people who want to take that post I wrote down there comparing the stuff that G. has spoken out against with MSI's lyrics and send it to the band. I told them it was OK to do that since I wasn't the one writing and saying those things, I was just quoting them. To clear it up for everyone, you can quote that anywhere you want because it's not mine! THose aren't things I said or wrote for the most part, they are all stuff that Gerard himself has said and that the band MSI wrote.
One of those people said that they had made an account on MySpace and was going to use it to send a message to the MCR MySpace. That's OK too but I doubt they are going to read it.
One other person said that they were going to "appeal to Frank" was the words they used because Frank seems to be the only one still listening to people. They said that even though Gerard was the spokesperson for the band he would probably ignore it.
I agree that Gerard wouldn't care at this point, but I also wonder if there's anything Frank can or will do about it either. I doubt at this point there's anything they CAN do. The decision has been made to take MSI's "message" and songs about child porn and bitches etc, and expose MCR's very young fanbase to it via their live shows. The deal is made as they say in Hollywood.
I also highly doubt that the band will get any messages sent their way anymore, but you never know. One thing I'm pretty sure on though is that even if they get it, they won't care.
Here's something I want to ask you all. Does anyone know who "Tenshi" is. I have a feeling "Tenshi" is someone who actually does know Gerard or knows something about him. "Tenshi" I am calling you out. Who are you?

Its nice to know that not everyone is taking msi lyrics as lightly as some of the MCR fans have been. But i fear this is going to start shit with the msi fans. If that shitty excuse for a band wasn't enough than you have the fans. Not all fans just the ones who talk about beating up MCr fans. Or punching people because they don't like Lynz.

I agree with you so strongly. I didn't know any MSI lyrics until I came across your site. I was so appalled by both the lyrics and by Gerard's 180 that I posted about it on the MCR forum. Unfortunately the thread got locked, though.

Thank you for posting that Verita. Because of that blog, I am going to post something regarding that situation on my own page. Even though some people believe the message about MSI's disgusting lyrics will not be heard, I do know someone who is close to Frank. Maybe I will give them the message through there. It seems to me that MSI is becoming a negative influence on Gerard. MCR has alot of young fans and they should not have to be exposed to that kind of garbage.
Verita, that poster on buzznet who is continually twisting and misinterpreting what people are trying to say on that forum for her own personal agenda, (that is to lock the thread) is the worst kind of obsessive fan there is. If I were the band I would try to smash the messiah complex to prevent developing more of these sheep. But it looks like someone is already trying to do this.

I thought I was obsessed with Gerard but she is beyond! In her mind, Gerard is God. But yeah, she basically has taken over the Gerard Way forum and has formed her own little MCRmy over there.
Its that look at me Gerard I stood up for you when everyone else was putting you down. She is trying to get good in with him by showing what a good fan she is. I think she took over that forum because no one else was running it and she is but one of seven I think on the MCR forum who run it. You know what? I met Gerard at his comic book signing. Check out my new journal if you like. I asked fans to post their names and a message so I could copy them and give them to him along with my own thank you. I did. He took them. No where did I state how I was BETTER THAN ANYONE. Nowhere did I write about how I come on the internet and defend his right to heavenly graces. Nowhere did I brag about how I am his biggest fan. I have always found the "biggest fan" proclamation to be cheesy, oblivious and unrealistic.
What I wrote and how I feel isn't ANY OF YOUR BUSINESS. But seeing how none of you have no time other than to sit and judge GOOD people, I can understand how you would think otherwise. Do you think its possible Tenshi and Shitsubou Shita are the same person? I read a comment from Shitsubou and you know when people write the way they talk, and it just 'sounds' like someone, I get that vibe from him. Even though its all anonymous, I can totally imagine who it could be.
The anonymous letter that was written to reassure everyone Eliza would not break up the band - that was written by Frank for sure. Professional throughout, until the last line where he addressed Eliza 'Eliza, we know you trawl these message boards and you can probably guess who I am, but I'd like to see you try and prove it!' Man, that totally smacks of Frank. OR Schecter wrote it and Frank added the last bit! Either way, within a matter of days, the engagement was off. I cant imagine Frank getting involved in all this online drama unless he felt he had no other choice, the anon letter even said that he had tried to talk to him about Eliza but Gerard wouldnt listen. Seems like the anon letter reached the parts of Gerard other band members couldnt reach!

well the letter was posted on June 4th and the ring came off on the 21st June, dont forget it would have taken a few days for the letter to be drawn to his attention. I know for a FACT that letter was genuine as INO traced the IP address. Of course it may not have been Frank, but he's the most likely person. The letter wasnt written to slate Eliza (or he could have written a hell of a lot worse if that was his intention) it was written to reassure fans that she wouldnt destroy the band. Sounds like the kind of thing Frank would do. He has never been afraid to hide his dislike of certain people in the past,(eg. Matt P and Jeanna), he just cant be quite so public about it now the band is as big as it is. Still didnt stop him spitting on Eliza though *shrugs*

Even if you did... how would you know WHO's IP adress it was... I doubt seriously INO would give you that information.

They have survived turmoils that begged for guidance. I dont know exactly who wrote the anon letter but I do know it was either a band member or someone VERY close to the band. That is a fact whether people choose to believe it or not. I dont want to say how I know its genuine because I dont want to get banned from INO. That letter was really heartfelt and it pisses me off when people dismiss it as some random fan in Arkansas whooping it up at the expense of the fandom for their own amusement. The anon letter was 'oh so scandalous' but I dont think for one second it was meant to be. It was supposed to be a letter of reassurance. The letter stated 'The band has always been about the music and the fans. This will not change.' Very few people would be in a position to make such a bold statement. Think about it people.
DO NOT be fooled by people who have a grudge, tell you their opinions and their second-hand gossip and dress it up as fact.

I realize that this is an old blog, but in case new people are reading it, as I am I wanted to throw this in here. This is in reguards to touring with MSI on PR:
MCR didn't have any say in who was touring with them, it was Linkin Park who picked the bands to take along with them. Styles of Beyond weren't all that great either. But it was Linkin Park who chose to bring them. MCR was asked to go, especially this year I think they really wanted to go because it was for good causes.
So, do you not go because there is going to be a band there that doesn't represent your views? Or do you go because you have a chance to speak to a lot of people all over?
And I have one last bit here, I went to PR and I didn't stay at the Revolution Stage to watch MSI because I don't like them. Another reason was because the lines were starting for the Main Stage. So honestly, a lot of MCR fans didn't even stay to watch MSI. They weren't really a hot-ticket item.
So say what you want but don't assume that just because Gerard and Lyn-Z got together that MCR is Dead.
And I guess I have another comment to make too. Yeah, the stark contrast between Gerard's comments and MSI's lyrics show that they are two very different sets of people. But Gerard is not in MSI, he's in MCR. It doesn't matter who his wife is. That doesn't mean that his views have changed.
