Words of compassion from Lindsey Way

"Fuck the tsunami. Who cares?"

Actual quote, people.

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

There's just no "context" in which this can be funny or even acceptable. If this classless idiot was actually famous, she'd be clamoring to make an official apology right away. But I think that people like this have probably never apologized for anything in their lives.

When you have Gerard's fans hating on you, just post a cute picture of your kid and that will shut em up.

Anonymous said...

She should just ignore the hate Tweets she gets instead of responding "I forgive you" to them. It makes her looks silly in my eyes. She's a grown woman, they're kids (mostly), but this is LynZ we're talking about.

Anonymous said...

From go fuck yourselves to I forgive you. So full of sincerity. Like her husband.

Anonymous said...

And 'it's art, suck it'.

Anonymous said...

And 'Fuck the tsumani. Who cares?'. Like she gives a shit about children when she practically mocked the death of hundreds of Japanese children by drowning.

Anonymous said...

She's only posting photos to get attention. Just like Eliza used to. Gerard never tweets her publically, he's wound down mentioning her in interviews (probably at the request of Warner), and now she's left desperate for acknowledgement, just like Eliza was. So break out the cute photos of the child's hand, or the camwhorish poses of her against the kitchen wall modelling her new hair, and bingo, lots of fan attention to compensate for the love she isn't getting from her husband. Gerard's never really loved anyone but himself, after all.

Anonymous said...

Basically it all boils down to the fact that Lindsey is an evil woman. Only the scum of the earth mock the sexual abuse of children. She is trying to display how much of a 'caring mother' she is, but we all know the truth. This is the woman who laughed about a five year old girl being raped by a pedophile. You can't trust her.

Anonymous said...

You know what? I heard the same excuses for shitty behavior from Eliza's friends back in the day of the 'crew'. 'You're twisting her words!' 'She's not crazy or an attention whore, just in love and proud!' 'She's placed in a goldfish bowl by fans who pick apart her every move!' etc etc.

Needless to say, EVERYTHING the fans had been saying about Eliza was right, and after she was dumped by telephone for being the vapid racist idiot we knew she was all along, ALL OF THEM turned their back on her. Some even vocally turned against her, calling her crazy and admitting she was desperate for attention all along.

If Lindsey thinks she's any different just because she managed to get knocked up, then she's deluded. Her 'sweetlife' will fall out from under her feet eventually, just like Eliza's did.

Anonymous said...

I don't like Lindsey, and I hate MSI, but I don't see anything wrong with the picture she posted. So what if the woman posts a picture on her twitter of her holding hands with her child? It was cute.

I do agree that it's dumb for her to respond to her haters, and the "I forgive you" thing was an obvious attempt at making herself look like she had suddenly found the high road (she must have gotten a map and a GPS because she's never taken that particular road before). But if she truly wanted to be the bigger person, she'd just ignore the hate comments.

Anonymous said...

It's the hate flaunting that bothers me. "Oh, look how many of Gerard's fans are jealous and hate me." What's the point of that? So a few teenagers are jealous of you. Big deal.

Eliza reveled in the fans' jealousy, and she took every opportunity to exploit it. Lindsey should do the opposite if she wants to be perceived as different. She should ignore it.

Anonymous said...

Nothing is wrong with posting a picture of your child.

Everything is wrong with posting a picture of your child publically, just for attention, when you're the kind of mother who makes light of children being raped. That's fucked up.

Anonymous said...

Lindsey believes herself to be very secure in her current position as Gerard's wife. Eliza once believed herself to be secure as his girlfield.

In these days of lawyers and go-betweens, it doesn't take much more work than a phonecall to end either a relationship or a marriage. She needs to consider that fact. But the fact is, Lindsey has little else to do with her time than taunt fans and ignore valid criticism of her nasty comments such as the one about Japan. She lives for showing off online thesedays.

Siobhan said...

What a lowlife you must be to use your child to get attention from some dumbass teenagers. I think she's using their daughter to make those creeps jealous who tweet her that she should leave Gerard and that she's the one who ruined MCR. I really don't want to imagine what idiocy that poor kid is exposed to on a daily basis. Not only does she have two brainless turds as parents but also all the other trash they are friends with and who are as dumb as a box of rocks.
Honestly, I can't believe that either of them has a high school diploma or that some of them where even allowed to attend college. How can that be?

Anonymous said...

I don't see how posting that pic was for attention. I know as a mom i would want to show off my baby but it is different in her case, seeing as it would be in the public eye. It was Gerard who was constantly talking about how amazing she is and it was Gerard that put up with Eliza and apparently strung her along. If he didn't like it,he should of been a man and ended it in person...not in a e-mail.

It's pretty standard common sense internet conduct NOT to publically post pictures of your children online. I know Lindsey is only posting body parts, but you have to ask yourself, why? Why post those publically for fans? Maybe she's proud, but come on, if you're proud of being a mum, you don't need to post pictures of your kid's hair/ear/toe/arm to validate that feeling.

I suspect she's doing it both to get some attention from fans (because she feels lacking as Gerard is away again on tour) and to wind up and get back at the hater troll twitter accounts. Both these reasons were also the reasons Eliza posted picures of her hand holding a bag of candy with her engagement ring also in the picture too. It's smacks of being needy and immature. I guess Gerard has this effect on women? He's throwing money at them and overcompensating with his babble about how much they mean to him, but they still feel lonely and lacking. It's quite sad.

Siobhan said...

How could posting a picture of your child not be for attention? She's not a private person who has a Twitter account only a few family members and close friends are following so that she can be sure that the pictures she's posting are only seen by people who are supposed to see it and not some random folks who don't have any business in getting to know her private life.

Lindsey is using that child.
If she would be smart (which she obviously isn't) she would create a Twitter in which she would only tweet about professional things concerning her business as an artist and have a private one in which she could post all those pictures or even send direct messages to her friends and husband.

Believe me, all of those wives who have public Twitter accounts want the attention.
I can see that it is flattering if hundreds or even thousands of girls tweet you all the time how pretty you are and that you're so nice. Must be a huge ego boost if you feel like crap in the morning and then log in to your Twitter and read all of those brown-nosing comments about you.

They all want attention.

Anonymous said...

It must be good medicine too, because you woke up alone, and your known cheater of a husband is away and out of your sights. What happens on tour stays on tour, right? Eliza knew that because she used to 'cut Gerard's hair' when he was with Kat.

Siobhan said...

I guess Gerard has this effect on women? He's throwing money at them and overcompensating with his babble about how much they mean to him, but they still feel lonely and lacking. It's quite sad.

I guess it's more that these women might not have that much interest in him as a real person but love to use his celebrity to boost their on ego.
This reminds me of Kate Moss' quote:
Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels.

I guess when it comes to Gerard's relationships with Eliza and Lindsey I get the feeling that both of those women would say:
No love is as sweet as being envied feels.

Anonymous said...

Well, I guess when your husband abandons you for his shitty tour, it must hurt. Asskissing fans are the sweet, sweet balm that heals the chapped ego. Oh, and that joint account credit card. That helps, too.

Lynn said...

By posting that pic of her holding her childs hand might give her the attention of being a mother. It doesn't scream "i got Gerard and i gots candy, pouty lips and an engagement ring" like the one Eliza posted.LOL!

Anonymous said...

But the point is, she doesn't NEED to fish for attention from strangers online! Unless of course she feels lacking in her life and requires the reactions of strangers and 'haters' to make her feel better. Which is exactly what Eliza did because Gerard did not make her feel happy or loved. If she wants to feel proud being a mum without the attention whoring, she can go make a private facebook and post her pics there. There is no reason to post them on her public account unless she craves the attention.

I still think it's a bit harsh to chide Lindsey for publishing that picture, publicly or not.

Anonymous said...

Tegan and Sara are awesome.

Personally, I try to spend more time searching out and supporting female musicians since I started coming to this blog.

If we are feminists, I think we should put our money where our mouths are, and support women in every facet of entertainment, especially those who are genuinely talented and who are trying to make a difference.

Anonymous said...

especially those who are genuinely talented and who are trying to make a difference.

Which are two things Lindsey is not, and why she needs to be called out along with the rest of her sexist, racist, misogynist (male and female) friends.

Anonymous said...

in this case I don’t think race or class actually has anything to do with his hateful message but has EVERYTHING to do with why everyone refuses to admonish him for that message.

That link makes a good point here, and one I think applies to the MSI/Lyn-z issue quite well:

In that case I don’t think her gender has anything to do with her hateful message and insensitive behavior but has EVERYTHING to do with why everyone refuses to admonish her for that message.

Anonymous said...

The thing that concerns me when we nitpick here about things like Lindsey posting that picture is that it gives the fangirls and Lindsey supporters ammunition to yell, "JELLUS!" at us. I certainly don't want to be lumped into the same category as that Geewithoutlynz troll.

Personally, I don't care what the moron posts on her twitter. I don't follow her because I refuse to give her attention, negative or otherwise.

I do care, however, when she gives a magazine interview promoting herself as a role model for young girls. I care when her "band" (if they can even be called that) puts out crap shock-schlock and tries to call it "art" or "satire" and then says that people who don't like it "don't get it".

I prefer to stick to the important issues here, so that's why I don't see this picture Lindsey posted as being a big deal.

Anonymous said...

LynZ tweeted she is going to be spending her birthday with friends and watching a movie. I dunno, I feel some sympathy for her with Gerard gone all the time.

Being the wife of a musician doesn't seem very appealing to me. It must be a lonely existence staying at home all the time with the kids while hubby's out there doing goodness knows what.

Anonymous said...

PS- I think the picture was cute. She's clearly loving being a mom and wants to share it with the world.

Anonymous said...

If I were Lindsey, I'd be worried about who is "doing Gerard's hair".

Anonymous said...

Honestly, when I was married, I would have enjoyed having some time to myself. It's not all it's cracked up to be, having a man underfoot all the time.

Anonymous said...

Well we all know what Gerard's like, and men will be men. Which is to say, men will always be lying, cheating assholes who will always think with their dicks first and brains second.

Anonymous said...

I think the issue is that some of us think that she posted this to give herself a particular image to Gerard's young fangirls. It could reinforce to young fangirls she is a 'role model' and give the impression that there is nothing wrong with MSI songs and their content.

Really?

Honestly, I don't get that with him. I think the only person Gerard is obsessed with is himself. I think all the gushing he did over her early on was his way of telling the world how "special" he is, that he has such a "special love" in his life. If he were to find someone else who struck his fancy, I doubt he'd hesitate for even a second.

It's all about him. Always.

I disagree. I think the more we complain over trivial things (like the woman posting a simple picture of herself holding her child's hand), the less likely our other complaints are to be taken seriously. It's a simple case of "pick your battles".

Anonymous said...

LMAO. Could Gerard Way possibly be any more full of shit than this?

Did anyone watch Gaga on the Radio 1? I really enjoyed her jazz rendition.

Anonymous said...

They did Glee to attack the pop world? Sure, I guess the fat paycheck had nothing to do with it.

And GaGa's jazz bit was pretty awesome. I actually like her more when she's being "normal". lol

Anonymous said...

I like the euro techno style music of Gaga, but that's me, I just love dance music.

I think she is one multi-talented girl.

Anonymous said...

Anyone who is falling for Gerard's shtick these days must be 12 -- either chronologically or mentally. The thing about being on Glee to be subversive and to attack Pop? That's the single stupidest thing he's ever said.

No wonder the fans keep getting younger.

kapunua said...

Gerard is unintentionally hilarious.

He really is, isn't he? Such a joke.

9:18, no Ray didn't say it was about the middle east. He said the people of the middle east started taking on the song as an anthem against opression. Which, you know, NEVER HAPPENED AT ALL.

It was Gerard who said SING was taken on by people in the middle east:

"We started to see stuff really early, with what was going on in Egypt and then Libya, like everybody was always taking this song," frontman Gerard Way said. "And we'd take notice of it, and then Ray saw this great opportunity to say, 'Well, they're doing it for that, and now they're doing it for Japan. Let's make something out of that.' "

'We did 'Glee' to do the pop world some damage'

Does he not have a contract with Warner Reprise? Are they not a corporation? And what the hell do corporations clean up anyway? They only care about making money.

His babbling is ridiculous. How can anyone ever take him seriously?

You know, Ray Toro was the last remaining member of MCR that I respected. Not anymore. That dude is a sly b******. A real trouble-maker. He Tweets shit to people and then sits back while his 12 year old minions tear the other person apart.

Take this "Duckchee" Twitter account. The girl sent him a message about Glee, he singled her out and now the MCRmy is after her. She even tweeted the other morons (Gerard, Frank, etc) for help, asking them to stop the bullying, but they haven't. Now she want to change her account name. It's seriously messed up.

Ray shouldn't respond like this to anyone when he knows how his stupid-ass fans will respond. Remember the NME fiasco? That was all Ray's fault.

Lindsey thinks being a woman means she is a feminist. Sadly, being a woman who performs shock rock songs about other women being raped, children being molested and women being beaten up means she is anything but feminist. The MCRmy has turned into a gang of bullies who will relentlessly pursue anyone who dares to disagree with anything that their idols say or do.

The girl who tweeted to Ray about how they did Glee for the money has been run off of twitter, and, if I read Lindsey's tweet correctly, the band and Gerard's low-life wife agree with those actions.

How despicable they all are. I hope they're proud of what their fans have become.

I'm sorry but that girl duckchee needs to grow a thicker skin. You can't make a statement like that @ the person in it cause you want them to see it and when you get a reply + not-so-nice msg from fans run off and cry! What is that? If you're gonna make a statement like that you need to toughen up because you know shits gonna come down on you (Its the mcrmy! most of them are a bunch of irrational teenagers) It shouldn't happen like that but it does! Every fanbase jumps to the defense of their group/band/artist.

Regardless of wether Ray RTd her message people would still have found out about it. They would've seen he had tweeted and gone "who is duckchee?" then checked her twitter page. (That's what I did, I didn't even see the rt)

There's no offense against having an opinion that goes against MCR/MCRmy, she said what a lot of people are/were thinking. She had balls for saying it, sadly they disappeared right after he tweeted back. if you're gonna start shit you gotta be able to stand tall and back up what you say.

That day Gerard way said he has no problem calling a 16yr old the C-word. I tweeted him and said I have no problem calling Gerard way an asshole. I wanted him to see it. Did I get insults? Hell yeah by the damn boatload, but I told them all where to go, I stuck by what I said, i didn't delete it and I didn't whine about it either. I meant what I said and to hell with what the MCRmy thought. I'm a huge huge fan of the band and I love the MCRmy some of them are amazing people that I've come to adore but they aint always right and that goes for the band and the army.

That kid needs to toughen up a little bit and remember thats its twitter. It people throwing words at you from behind their pc screens. They can't physically hurt you and their words can be ignored.

I hope she comes back to twitter and continues to speak her mind, she's entitled to. She just needs to grow a thicker skin.

Yes. I've seen lots of classy people loss their cool in public. Sometimes enough is enough. Especially when your followers are criticizing people you care about.

I think standing up for people you love and care about is a much classier thing to do than pretending that you never heard or saw the comments.

Standing up for someone you love and believe in shows good character and class. Not standing up for them shows cowardice and questionable character.

Oh come on. We're not talking about a personal situation here, and we're not talking about defending oneself against serious accusations of slander or personal threats. We're talking about a group of grown men who get on twitter and duke it out (so to speak) with 13 year olds over harmless tweets that nobody would know about if these guys didn't draw attention to them.

Class? I think not. This is shit-flinging of the Jerry Springer variety.

Siobhan said...

I have a big problem with the expression starting shit. I don't think it applies here. For me, to start shit means if you attack a person for no valid reason i. e. telling them that you hate their face or just trying to provoke a reaction by being mean. I would say that girl didn't start shit.
I don't know why the hell those dumbasses in MCR went on Twitter?
30-something-year-olds who seem to be in dire need of attention and ego stroking and so high up their own asses that they can't take any critcism whatsoever but need to let impressionable, brainwashed teenagers fight their battles. Pathetic bunch of losers.
And as to people needing to grow a thicker skin; I guess the people in MCR and their rabid guard dogs should start with that first.

Anonymous said...

and duke it out (so to speak) with 13 year olds over harmless tweets that nobody would know about if these guys didn't draw attention to them.

Exactly. Why are they taking what teenagers say to them to heart? Do they think they are being disrespected? Or maybe they are showing what 'big men' they are. It's so ridiculous.

Anonymous said...

What bothers me the most is that these guys are getting tweets all day long from girls saying "I love you so much," "You saved my life," "You are so amazing," I love your wife," "Bandit is so adorable," etc., yet do they respond to those?

No. Instead they pick through those to find people who are criticizing them, and then they fire back some stupid response and get the whole MCRmy after that person.

You've got to wonder why they choose to single out the negative comments. It's almost like they are looking for a fight to make them feel more "punk" and less "Back Street Boy".

Anonymous said...

I have a big problem with the expression starting shit. I don't think it applies here.

I agree.

The dumbasses in MCR and their stupid army seem to think that expressing anything other than complete love and admiration for the members of this band and their wives is starting shit.

They accept nothing less than hero worship.

Anonymous said...

t's almost like they are looking for a fight to make them feel more "punk" and less "Back Street Boy".

Must be a 'jersey' thing.

Anonymous said...

I think it's more of a 'low-class' thing.

I agree with the first anon. 2.35

Whether you want to believe it or not that Duckchee girl "started shit" she may have not attacked their appreance or called them names or have been mean but she made a statement that she believed to be true about their reasons for doing the show and sent it to them. That's starting something.

“@Duckchee: We all know you did Glee for the exposure & money so don't lie about being anti-pop.”

She started it. Ray finished it with a reasonable tweet, nothing rude or harsh said in return and the MCRmy carried it on (because some of them are crazy!)

The band don't need anyone to fight their battles for them, the MCRmy choose to wade in and get involved the same with every other single fanbase out there and blog spot. You say anything about anyone and guaranteed you'll have a bunch of fans arguing with whoever said what. Its just the way it is.

As for them not being on twitter that's ridiculous thing to say. You can then say that about any celebrity on twitter, that's all that it is for, Celebs to get their egos stroked by their fans on a daily basis...Oh and world news!

I think what happened to the duckchee girl was harsh, being chased off of twitter like that. But if she had a thicker skin she'd have stuck around, with her head held high, standing by what she said instead of running away and deleting twitter.

Don't throw it out there if you can't take it when it comes back round.

Anonymous said...

I agree that she should have stuck around. Tucking tail and running is not the most admirable thing to do.

However, I don't agree that she was 'starting shit' with her comment. She was simply stating an opinion. I also don't think that the big, bad members of MCR should go on twitter and try to make themselves look like big men by arguing with fans. They only wind up looking pathetic. Which is obviously what they are.

Anonymous said...

You've got to wonder why they choose to single out the negative comments. It's almost like they are looking for a fight to make them feel more "punk" and less "Back Street Boy".

This.

I suspect that deep down, MCR hates their fans because they aren't the fans they truly want. They don't want to be perceived as the Emo Backstreet Boys whose only fans are teenage girls, but that's what they're stuck with. They have to show up at concerts and play to those girls every night, so it makes them feel better to go on twitter and act like badasses. Only they don't come off as badasses because they're a bunch of grown men, fighting with teenagers.

Anonymous said...

I can honestly say that if I was in a band and on twitter and had people tweeting me shit, insults or in this young girls case an opinion I probably would answer/argue back. Why shouldn't I? How is it fair that all these people and fans can say what they want and state their opinions etc to me but I can't do the same?

I'm glad Ray replied to her, if he didn't she'd have probably spammed them all until she got an answer and I'm glad he wasn't rude to her.

I think if people are allowed to speak their minds and say whatever they want to the band, then the band are within their rights to respond how they see fit. We may not like what they say or agree with it but that's life, it isn't always what we like or agree with.

At the end of the day they're just 4 guys in a band. If they weren't famous but were on twitter you wouldn't care how they responded to their followers, you wouldn't say a thing. You wouldn't even care.

Anonymous said...

But they are famous.

They know how their fans are going to react when they respond to someone's tweet.

Also, there is a degree of professionalism that usually goes along with being a well-known public figure, and that doesn't involve getting into pissing contests with fans in a public forum.

Anonymous said...

I think MCR are the ones who need to develop thicker skin.

They chose to be in a band and they chose to be in the public eye, and they have to accept what comes along with that. Not everyone is going to love them.

I agree that it is very unprofessional of them to get in "pissing contests" with fans. It makes them look petty and small.

Siobhan said...

She didn't start anything, she just stated her opinion about what has been said in an interview and Ray answered her. And that should have been about it. The ones who really started shit were the loons in the so-called MCRmy. It's not only that they're waiting for some of the moronic four (Wait! I forgot that they're now five morons again.) to answer a tweet that pissed them off to get to know those people's names and then attack them, they also look up the tweets those idiots are receiving to annoy and harrass the people. I experienced this, too.

The band don't need anyone to fight their battles for them, the MCRmy choose to wade in and get involved the same with every other single fanbase out there and blog spot. You say anything about anyone and guaranteed you'll have a bunch of fans arguing with whoever said what. Its just the way it is.

The band does seem to need their young fans to fight their battles, otherwise they would have had the sense to whistle them back and tell them that if they receive tweets that don't please them or answer those kinds of tweets it still doesn't give their fans the right to threaten and harrass those people. That's actually what people with a sane mind and some intelligence would do, but they've shown for a long time now that they're neither sane nor intelligent. And don't tell me that they're aren't aware of what's happening on Twitter to the people who dare to speak out against them. They know it and they enjoy it. And when you say that every other single fanbase would do the same, I'm certain you mean the fanbase of boy bands and other tween artists, right? Because then I would agree with you. Other fans, however, would just enjoy the music and don't give a fuck if someone would criticize the artist(s).

Siobhan said...

As for them not being on twitter that's ridiculous thing to say. You can then say that about any celebrity on twitter, that's all that it is for, Celebs to get their egos stroked by their fans on a daily basis...Oh and world news!

Why is it ridiculous and who said that I don't think like that about all the other celebrities as well? But I think most of them know how to behave or have at least a good pr staff working for them, telling them how to represent themselves in a good light and also most of them don't talk fucking stupid shit about feminism and bullying or violence in interviews and present themselves as the saviors of today's youth to only turn around and show via their Twitter that they're total hypocrites and dumb as shit.

I think what happened to the duckchee girl was harsh, being chased off of twitter like that. But if she had a thicker skin she'd have stuck around, with her head held high, standing by what she said instead of running away and deleting twitter.

It's always easy to tell someone that they should grow a thicker skin. I also don't like how that girl (or woman) is presented as a coward who ran away. Those fans are fucking crazy and we don't know if that person doesn't know some of her attackers personally. It could be that she's been a fan, too, but thought that she wanted to speak out for once. What if she was friends with some of her attackers before and they know where she lives and what her real name is? Even go to the same school with her? I wouldn't say that leaving Twitter is cowardice, I'd say that's common sense.

Don't throw it out there if you can't take it when it comes back round.

Same goes for MCR. Stop saying stupid shit and then act surprised if people with a brain call you out on it.

The classy thing to do when you're on Twitter is to ignore the haters because at the end of the day anyone can say anything to you on there. You can't fight them all, so why bother in the first place? Plus, there are some real nutcases out there who thrive on provoking you.

Ignore them-that's what I say. You'll be a lot happier.

Hello, that's what the last few anons have been saying. Say what you want to the band but don't dish it out if you can't take it and don't expect them not to respond. Same way you have the right to critize is the same right they have to respond.

I hope you weren't talking about me, because that is not what I was saying. At all.

I was simply pointing out that these guys are famous and that they are public figures. Celebrities usually attempt to maintain a certain amount of decorum and distance where their fans are concerned, and this includes, among other things, not getting into spats with them on public forums which they use to promote themselves and their (in MCR's case) music. It's unprofessional and it makes them look childish and classless. And yes, a bit like Jay and Silent Bob.

Not that I care about their new tour manager anymore. It's just that Jake seemed like the last good guy who worked for them and now he's gone too?

What's up with that band that they run so many people off?

Anonymous said...

Jake is still with them but he's not and has never been their tour manager. He's more production manager for the stage show. Any woman with an actual career and an ounce of good sense would know to stay away from Gerard. Besides, he's not exactly known for his way with the ladies. I think he only goes for the psycho/stalker types like Eliza and Lindsey, who probably threw herself at him after a night of drunken bottle breaking at PR.

Anonymous said...

I really don't care about Gerard and Lindsey, their relationship or private life. What I care about is the marketing of that tattooed twit as some kind of intelligent role model for girls which she clearly isn't by a long stretch.

Anonymous said...

I'm with you, 2:59. I never cared one way or another about any of the guys' personal lives, until Gerard's association with MSI started influencing his professional decisions. The decision to take those cretins out on tour with MCR was the beginning of the end for me, and when that brain-dead idiot of a wife of his started spouting off that role model crap, it was the final nail in the coffin.

I don't care who any of them are bedding, until they start shoving their significant others in my face, especially a low-life like Lindsey.

I'm sorry, dstarpro, but making light of a recent tragedy where so many people died is not acceptable.

Lindsey may not have meant to offend, but she did offend many, myself included. Some parents in Northern Honshu have not even recovered the bodies of their children yet. How can making light of this tragedy and joking about going on tour in those areas, be acceptable? It just isn't. Face it, if Lindsey was an actual celebrity, she would have been in for a shit storm for saying it.

And if you actually listen to the recording, it's Jimmy and Chantal who try to do the damage control with the extra comment about 'magic powers'. Lindsey says the phrase, "fuck the tsunami. Who cares?" as a standalone line to her joke about touring there. It's very insensitive whatever way you spin it.

Anonymous said...

Dstarpro, it looks like you're having a little bit of a bipolar breakdown from the looks of things. Why don't you go stalk Frank, the married man some more and bother your creepy stalker friends like Kellie.

Anonymous said...

Dstarpro I happen to agree with 12:26, this is a subject that a person should not even contemplate humoring even if her intent was not malicious at all. If she had any emotional maturity and sense of respect for the victims she would have been more careful with her wording.

Anonymous said...

Don't even try and reason with dstarpro. She's a sad old woman who stalks the band and pesters them to get validation from them.

So, dstarpro, since you've decided to grace us with your presence once again, do you still think Gerard was being 'sarcastic' in his #smashedface #dieslow tweets? Are you still hanging on that he'll delete them and apologise? LOL good luck. Face it, your 'idol' is a violent tool who can't even disguise his hatred of women. Maybe you can mimic him some more and go threaten some more fans outside venues. I hear security didn't take too kindly to your big fat bully self throwing your weight around in NJ.

Anonymous said...

Am I the only one who finds this creepy? Get a fucking life already!

Well, not really. Jake's ex-girlfriend used to be all over the MCR LJ communities telling people what her boyfriend did and posting photos. Anyone who'd seen her comments and was anywhere near the front of an MCR show would know Jake and what he does for the the band. So no cookie on the 'creeper' change there.

Lauren was namedropped in a major music magazine interview/article about MCR and it was listed with both her companies name and what her job was. Plus all the members of the band and the wives tweet her regularly. So again, not really 'creepy' to have that information if you're a fan of the band, which a lot of us used to be until they started threatening violence against women.

Anonymous said...

Wasn't Jake's girlfriend the one who used to give out setlists and drumsticks, etc., before she found out Jake was cheating on her with every little groupie type he could get his hands on? Then she posted on chemicalromance lj about how all the fans should stay the hell away from him because he was such a creep?

12:06, since you're into buzzwords, would you please explain for the audience what you consider a "bi-polar episode" to be exactly? I know I have friends with the condition, so I'm curious.

Also, when exactly have I "stalked" Frank? Is this in reference to the Jersey Beat interview that my editor asked me to seek - through the proper channels? And what did poor Kellie ever do?

12:23: I'm only 43. Examples of said "pestering for validation," please?

Also, no, if you were good stalkers, you would also know that I came down on G hard for those comments.

As for your and 3:37's accusations about teenagers - you're funny. You're seriously listening to the mc-fucking-rmy? I thought you hated those people.

Security didn't take kindly to the verbal spat I got dragged into with some 19 year old who turned on me at doors after I'd had her back against being cut, which made no sense...until I realized that the girls in front of her had swayed her so that they could get away with their own cutting, and, knowing that I was onto them, figured they'd better pin it on me.

The reason I used G's quote is because I was under attack on my tumblr all week by the same bitter girls for having criticizing one of them for posting the location of Frank's vehicle the day of the show (if anyone was stalking married men, it was definitely them.) They behaved like complete twats, then whined when I was condescending in return that I was "attacking teenagers" (most of who are almost or over 18.)

Just pointing out another person's lunacy does not make them a "crazy fan," k? Stalking someone's every move and making entire websites about it does, though.

Haha, this is a blog. VV didn't code this shit herself from scratch. Plus, if you're allowed to set up a twitter or tumblr to worship MCR, why can't someone set up a blog to be critical of their misogynist shit? You and your troll logic!

Anonymous said...

MCR have a habit of letting their personal shit leak into fandom because they hook up with gobby gossipy idiots like Ecutz. It's not hard to know certain things about them when they're printed in interview we all read to laugh at. I seem to remember the one about the tour manager was also the one Gerard said he'd been 'role playing' as a sober person in. A surefire classic!

Anonymous said...

8.12 ahh but you do read it! Cause you're desperate for ammunition to come here and chat about your supposed dislike for MCR. If you disliked them so much you wouldn't bother reading about them.

Anonymous said...

Of course I read it! It was linked here and was a laugh riot. It's always nice to see evidence that the person you thought was a tool really is one, and such a proud, deluded tool too!

Anonymous said...

I dislike most of what's on the news. Doesn't stop me watching it and commenting on it. I used to be invested in liking this band. Now I'm invested in disliking them, and I enjoy it. I enjoy having this place to come and speak out. I enjoy the fact that more and more people are finding us here and joining us. It's great to see that the wool is finally being removed from people's eyes with regard to this band. A long time coming.

Anonymous said...

8.20 wow if that's what makes you laugh, you have a low sense of humor.

I think you can join Gerard in his rank as a tool if you think what you're doing here is anything better than what he's doing out there.

I think you're just as deluded as he is, maybe even more...

Anonymous said...

Just ignore dstarpro. The woman is mentally unbalanced.

Anonymous said...

Nah, a low sense of humor isn't laughing at some dried up rock star, it's making light of thousands who drowned to death, like his wife does. That's low.

Anonymous said...

Dsarpro didn't take her meds today. Bless. Maybe she can go bully another fangirl to make herself feel better. #smashedface #dieslow #cunt - isn't that the sort of thing you find funny, dstarpro?

Anonymous said...

Tsunami jokes, or making light of five year old rape victims. That's so highbrow!

Anonymous said...

Just ignore dstarpro. The woman is mentally unbalanced.

- Oh yeah cause everyone else on here moaning, bitching and investing time into a band that don't even know they exist are clearly stable. Yes this blog with its negative and judgemental views (some without actual proof) is the work of sound-minded people.

Anonymous said...

Just ignore her. The woman is a nutjob troll who needs to go lie down. I thought she said she was never coming back here again, anyway? I guess she got bored of bullying fans and stalking the band.

Anonymous said...

Moaning and 'bitching' or calling out racist, sexist shit? You can call us crazy all you want, but we're right. Frank is racist, this band find abortion jokes etc funny, Gerard threatens girls with violence. Those are the facts. We don't have to be 'crazy' to dislike that and come here to talk about it. You, however, can't handle it without getting bent out of shape and coming back here again and again. Sad.

Come off it, dstarpro.

Nobody here cares about you. You probably were the "anon" accusing you of "anoning". Seriously, you haven't been brought up here for ages. Why would someon suddenly come here and accuse you of being the person defending MCR?

Not getting enough love these days?

Anonymous said...

Hey guys, leave Deb alone. Defending men's rights of violence against women is hard work!

Anonymous said...

Whoever stole Deb's meds needs to give them back and make sure they lock her window next time.

Anonymous said...

You're also probably the person who called you a big, fat bully.

Honestly, it's the oldest internet trick in the book. Come around and say something negative about yourself in order to draw attention and then come in and defend. This fandom has always been full of those people, even back in the old lj heyday. Glorify and Satarah ring a bell?

GTFO, please.

Anonymous said...

Hey maybe Dsarpro did say she wasn't coming back. I don't know who she is but I'm not her. Those last anons were me. (which doesn't help much when its anon but I think you know what I mean)

Oh and I take it we're still taking Lynz silly comment out of context? But then again half of you guys are still obsessing over things said years ago, I reckon you'll still be talking about this in 5 years time.

Ok, but just so ya know there's only so much you can say before you become repetitive. Lets get on with it then...

Anonymous said...

IAWTGTFO.

Anonymous said...

While men are still being dickheads to women we'll still be here.

Nice work trying to derail and trivialize, though. I think you need to go back to troll school.

Guess they are, just like they are taking that silly 'ol pedophile song out of context too!

Anonymous said...

Oh yay, a Panty Shot defender!

Honey, I think you're done.

I didn't actually call you crazy. You called you crazy! That's saying something don't you think?

One tweet doesn't make you a racist. It makes you fucking ignorant if anything. He did what all white/asian people do, they throw the word around cause they think its cool and ok cause they see idiot rappers using it in their stupid songs. I haven't seen or heard any other evidence that would deem him a racist. If were all labled after doing only one thing then the world would be fucked, wouldn't it??

As for the abortion thing, yes in very poor taste, I agree. But abortion joke or abortion joke(s). Like I said you can't lable someone for one thing. I haven't seen/heard of him saying anything similiar since. Have you??

Also who's bent out of shape? I'm cool and we're having a chat you seem to be the one getting a little bent out of shape. Its just a blog, we're having a talk, me, you and whoever else is on here. Relax.

Dstarpro pretends to be a feminist, but she turns a blind eye to the people she has a lady boner for.

I don't think anyone who is a regular here would talk about her being on of off her "meds", nor would they make fun of her weight. But I do think she's not above coming here to say those things about herself anonymously so she can make us look bad.

It's a little bit odd that someone was here accusing her of being an anon out of the blue like that.

Anonymous said...

Aactually, Frank got defensive and defended his right to use a racial slur. The original retweet might not have been a racist act, but the defence of a white person using that word sure is. Same goes for threatening to pan a woman's face in because she gave you the truth about using sexist slurs.

Anonymous said...

And no no no. I'm not a panty shot defender. That's terrible! The song is terrible, that band is...There are no words low enough to describe them. Vile? Even that seems too nice for MSI. I'm not a Lynz fan, I don't think she should be classed as a role model although strangely some young girls look up to her (I suspect its because she's married to Gerard) it can't be her bass playin' lolz

Nice try though! I'm no MSI/Lynz/Panty shot defender. Sorry!

Anonymous said...

Guess they are, just like they are taking that silly 'ol pedophile song out of context too!

Aaah, I'm sorry. This was sarcastic, right?

Anonymous said...

Of course but that just shows his ignorance! He's being corrected and he doesn't want to listen. Wrong and strong I believe is the expression. If he had called that person a racist name then yeah I'd be like he's a racist asshole. But I just think he's ignorant.

Anonymous said...

A white person thinking they have a right to use a racial slur that has such a loaded and offensive history is racist. Frank may not be aware that he's racist, but he showed that he was. Frank's rights and wants came above the rights of an entire race of people. He is allowed to do/say what he wants, because he is a white man. Frank is institutionally racist.

Anonymous said...

Ignorant people very often are racists. Because they're so ignorant they still think they're living in the 1800s when the N word was acceptable.
