It's an hour long, and the journalist doing the interview is great. He asks questions about things that give you insight into Tom's personality, which seems pretty amazing. I cannot find a single flaw in this man, which is a little creepy, tbh.
The comments on ONTD are lol worthy though, especially the ones about him having plastic surgery. Pfft. To me he just looks like he got some rest and his hair is recovering from all the dye jobs and extensions.
I ♥ Tink-er Tailor Soldier Spy. In all its forms. The book, the mini-series with Sir Alec Guiness, and the excellent film with Gary Oldman, Tom Hardy, and Benedict Cumberbatch.
We learned yesterday that last year Mitt Romney paid $1.9 million in taxes on an income of $14 million — and gave $4 million to charity.
The year before, he made $21.6 million, paid $3 million in taxes and gave $3 million to charity.
So, to recap: Mitt Romney has, in the past two years, paid almost $5 million in taxes while giving away $7 million. And, as he said, he has paid the taxes he was supposed to pay according to the laws of the United States, which is all that is required — legally, morally and practically — of anyone.
If you’ve been reading my columns for the past couple of years, you know I’m perfectly capable of being critical of Romney. I did so the other day, and radio host Mark Levin called me a “trash-mouther” who was “giving aid and comfort to Obama.”
But the release of these tax records leaves no doubt about one thing: Mitt Romney is an extraordinarily, remarkably, astonishingly generous man. A good man. Maybe even a great man.
That is all. There is no “but.” Anyone who says otherwise is ignorant, stupid or a liar.
In 2010, the Obamas gave $245,075, a total of 14 percent of their total income, to 36 different nonprofit organizations -- according to their tax returns.
So, where did the money go?
To take a look at some of the charities the Obamas supported last year, we've rounded up information on the 12 organizations that received more than $5,000 each from the first family.
President Obama also donated his $1.4 million Nobel Prize money to 10 charities in 2010. These contributions were not included on the Obamas' tax returns because the funds were given directly to the organizations from the Nobel Foundation. However, some of the recipients of the prize money were the same as the ones the president and his family made additional donations to.
I'm really struggling to work out what all the fuss is about over this one. It seems to me to be much ado about nothing. Breaking news: Mitt Romney is very rich. He also gave millions and millions of dollars to charity and to the taxman.
In the early hours of this morning, some 550 pages of Mitt Romney's tax returns and a 2011 tax summary were released by his campaign. Just after dawn, there was a long campaign conference call for bleary-eyed reporters in which an accountant (who sounded exactly like you'd imagine Mitt Romney's accountant would sound) went into details of Mitt millions in mind-numbing detail.
There was an air of grumpy efficency about the call, which was led by Ben Ginsberg, who was George W. Bush's lawyer during the Florida election recount in 2000. At one point Ginsberg noted that 26 people from Chicago were listening into the proceedings, a reference to the Obama campaign headquarters.
So what were the headlines? He raked in about $42 million in 2010 and 2011. His effective tax rate was just below 14 percent, lower than that for many American taxpayers. He paid $6.2 million to the taxman and donated a staggering $7 million to charity, including $4.1 million to the Mormon church.
OK, so Mormons are supposed to tithe 10 percent of their income. But it's to Romney's immense credit that he promised to do this in his youth and followed through with that - to the tune of scores of millions (maybe hundreds of millions) of dollars throughout his life.
In fact, in those two years, he paid 16 percent of his income to charity, compared to, er, 2.6 percent by Newt Gingrich.
And what about President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden in the run-up to their 2008 campaign?
USA Today broke it down here. In 2007, the Obamas gave more than $240,000 to charity, about 5.7 percent of their income. The Bidens gave an average of $369 to charity a year for the decade before he moved to the Naval Observatory - about 0.3 percent of their income. Back in 1997, then veep Al Gore and his then wife Tipper gave $353.
Democrats will try to foment resentment about Romney's wealth. And certainly some people will never want to vote for a fat cat rich guy. But if Obama strategists think they it can win a re-election battle on a platform of class warfare they're very much mistaken.
He assaulted a gay man. He refuses to allow gays their rights. He's against abortion and would impose his beliefs on everyone else. He doesn't support women getting equal pay.
Honestly, anyone who thinks that's how a "good man" acts is probably just as hideous as he is. Because every time I think he's gotten as low as a person could possibly get, he stands at his full height and walks under the belly of a snake.
And, JGL looked super hot and was really funny on SNL! I didn't get to see the Hiddleston interview yet, but I'm sure I'll find gifs of it on Tumblr. :D
Thing is, most people don't really even know what venture capitalism is, so they don't have a clue how Romney made his money.
It's kind of like magic. You have money, so you take it and you invest it, along with borrowing more money, to buy businesses. Then you cut as many costs as you can for those businesses, sometimes by laying off workers or replacing good wage jobs with minimum wage jobs. Of course, all this while, you take as much money out of the company to pay back the original investment, along with bonuses and salaries to the venture capitalists. When the company folds due to the high debt, you simply file bankruptcy. Result: the company is bankrupt, workders are out of a job, but the investors made money.
And of course, since it's "investment income" and not money earned from, you know, work, he doesn't have to pay the same tax rate for it.
You can talk about how this is all that's "legally required" until you're blue in the face, but the thing is, it's Republicans like him that have voted in these lower tax laws because they have the same type of people financing their campaigns. Mitt Romney wants to keep the tax cuts for the wealthy, and raise taxes on middle income people who actually do work for a living.
I don't give a rat's ass how much this man gives to "charity". People like him should be paying their fair share to improve the infrastructure of this country and to insure that all Americans have healthcare.
Romney has said some stupid things during this campaign, but the ER comments he made (on 60 Minutes, no less) were the absolute dumbest thing I've heard this entire election cycle, and that's really saying something given some of the stupidity that came out of the people who ran against him in the primaries.
It's almost like he's trying to lose the election at this point.
I'm appalled by Mitt Romney's remarks about the ER.
“Well, we do provide care for people who don’t have insurance… If someone has a heart attack, they don’t sit in their apartment and die. We pick them up in an ambulance, and take them to the hospital, and give them care. And different states have different ways of providing for that care.”
The amount of backward, illogical thinking in this comment is staggering. First of all, he is implying that people without insurance should only be given healthcare when they have a life threatening emergency such as a heart attack. Does he not realize that people with access to a primary physician are likely to be put on medication and/or given suggestions for lifestyle changes to prevent the heart attack from happening in the first place? Preventative medicine is much less expensive than open heart surgery and hospitalization. This is just common sense. It's good business sense as well. And he's supposed to be a good businessman?
• After improving with the election of Barack Obama in 2008, U.S. favorable ratings across the Arab world have plummeted. In most countries they are lower than at the end of the Bush Administration, and lower than Iran's favorable ratings (except in Saudi Arabia). • The continuing occupation of Palestinian lands and U.S. interference in the Arab world are held to be the greatest obstacles to peace and stability in the Middle East. • While many Arabs were hopeful that the election of Barack Obama would improve U.S.-Arab relations, that hope has evaporated. Today, President Obama's favorable ratings across the Arab World are 10% or less.

The Poorest Counties in Every State in America Published: Tuesday, September 25, 2012
NEW YORK (MainStreet)-- The number of Americans living in poverty has been on the rise since the Great Recession, as many households have seen their incomes drop and their debts mount in the past few years.
In total, more than 15% of the population lived in poverty in 2010, the highest percentage since 1993, according to the most recent data from the Census Bureau. To put that in perspective, that means more than 46 million people fell below the poverty line, defined as $22,314 for a family of four. If you factor in the income spent on expenses like medical costs, child care and mortgage payments, the number of Americans whose remaining income falls below the poverty line is closer to 50 million, or roughly 16% of the population.
That is awesome. I've been dying to see Looper for two years, since I read the leaked script. I already know it's my favorite movie because it made me cry just reading it as a story.
But now I'm mad sick and I only hope I'll be able to go. If not, I will RAGE.
What to make of the dueling speeches on the Middle East by U.S. President Barack Obama and his Republican opponent, Mitt Romney? If you fused them together in a magical, alternate speechwriting universe, you might have the makings of a viable foreign policy for the tortured region.
The president was right to distance the U.S. government from a “crude and disgusting” video that deserved condemnation. Yet that video probably wasn’t the reason Ambassador Stevens died -- as Obama himself said, evidence is growing that the attack was planned and his death “wasn’t just a mob action.” Strangely, Obama didn’t talk about the U.S. policy that has the highest likelihood of tamping extremism in the Muslim world: supporting economic growth. That was left to Romney, who has taken a few hits for his lack of foreign policy experience. In his remarks to the Clinton Global Initiative, the former Massachusetts governor identified jobs and the economy as core areas for the U.S. to focus on in its efforts to help and reshape the Middle East after the Arab Spring. This is not to say that his proposals were perfect. Romney suggested exchanging increased U.S. trade access to Egypt’s markets for help in building up the country’s small-business sector. We’re all for freer trade, but that’s an unlikely path on several levels.
The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Wednesday shows both President Obama and Mitt Romney attracting support from 46% of voters nationwide. Three percent (3%) prefer some other candidate, and five percent (5%) are undecided. See daily tracking history.
When “leaners” are included, it’s Romney 48% and Obama 46%. Leaners are those who are initially uncommitted to the two leading candidates but lean towards one of them when asked a follow-up question. Beginning October 1, Rasmussen Reports will be basing its daily updates solely upon the results including leaners.
Forty-eight percent (48%) of all voters think Obama better understands middle class issues. Forty-two percent (42%) say Romney. But among voters who identify themselves as middle class, Romney has a slight edge.
You know, Rasmussen is the only poll putting this election even close, right?
Why not check out realclearpolitics.com and look at all the polling data, including the swing states. Romney can't win without them.
By the way, did you guys see the Jon Stewart clip where he compared Mitt to Charlie from Flowers for Algernon? Damn funny, but I think Mr. Stewart just insulted poor Charlie. :/
Over the past ten years Rasmussen Reports has been the most accurate pollster. Whichever candidate is ahead in that poll by 2 or more points at mid October will win the election.
2004 President George W. Bush won the popular vote on November 2 by a 50.7% to 48.2% margin over Senator John Kerry. The final Rasmussen Reports projection had shown the President winning 50.2% to 48.5%.
Rasmussen projected the 2004 presidential results within one percentage point of the actual vote totals earned by both George W. Bush and John Kerry.[38] In 2004, Slate said they “publicly doubted and privately derided Rasmussen” polls because of the methodology. However, after the election, they concluded that Rasmussen’s polls were the most accurate.
If the election were held today Mitt Romney would win 301 electoral votes while Barack Obama would win in states worth 221 electoral votes. Michigan, worth 16 electoral votes, is too close to call.
The Rasmussen Reports Presidential Daily Tracking poll released today shows President Obama leading over Mitt Romney by a 46 percent to 45 percent margin. The new Gallup Tracking poll released today shows the race tied at 47 percent for each candidate. Today's release of the QStarNews Daily Tracking Poll shows a 55 percent to 45 percent lead for Mitt Romney. An Associated Press/GfK poll released yesterday, based on a balanced sample showed Obama leading Romney 47 percent to 46 percent. These are the most accurate and least skewed polls among those currently included in the Real Clear Politics average of presidential polls. The average of these four polls would put the race at 48.3 Romney and 46.3 Obama. That is within the margin of error or a tie. Leaving out the QstarNews poll, the average of the other three is a tie.
While I'm willing to accept what you posted about Rasmussen up to the examiner.com article, that one is completely ridiculous. Even Rasmussen is showing that Obama currently leads on the electoral map.
Personally, I thank God for Rasmussen, because so much in the media is starting to make this election look like a runaway victory for the Dems. This is not good, because it's still so close. Everybody needs to understand that they have to get out and vote.
I'm wondering...if you constantly listen to a certain genre of music almost exclusively throughout your pregnancy it predisposes your child to liking it
I've seen mixed reactions to Cloud Atlas. I've read the book, and I'm not sure how well it's going to translate to the screen.
Personally, I think I'm going to love it (Ben Whishaw, duh), but I'm not so sure about the general movie-going public. It may be too "artsy" for them, so to speak.
I loved Cloud Atlas (the book), but I've talked to so many other people who hated it. They said they couldn't get through the Sonmi sections and/or couldn't understand the language in the Zachry section. I was really surprised, because those were really amazingly written. I loved all the different characters' sections.
I think the film will be amazing as well, but I do agree that John Q Public is probably going to walk out of it asking, "What the hell...?"
Are you having a baby 3:51? Congrats to you and the proud papa. I like Baby Gap myself for the cutiest baby clothes. Macy's for the more frilly, formal baby attire.
“He’s just such a disappointment, an embarrassment. Chin up, hair up. He’s just one of those guys, one of those guys who says he’s going to change everything… And he’ll get in there, and they’ll smile at him and introduce themselves: ‘We’re Congress, we make sure nothing changes.’ He won’t do it. He can’t. Everybody wants to be Barack Obama. And what did he change?”
I'm wondering...if you constantly listen to a certain genre of music almost exclusively throughout your pregnancy it predisposes your child to liking it
My sister listened to all the classical composers when pregnant. Before my nephew was two years old he could hear any music and name the composer. My mind was blown.
As a comparison, I listened to Rock and Indie when expecting. My daughter still prefers those.
Bruce Willis is entitled to his political beliefs. If he's a Republican, fine. You can't go around hating and boycotting everyone who disagrees with you politically. He may be a Republican because he's an economic conservative. I know plenty of people like that.
When Bruce Willis starts talking about how 47% of Americans are mooching off the government and wanting to take away women's healthcare and reproductive rights, then I'll boycott him.
Thing is, the GOP didn't use to be made up of crazies. All that changed over the last twenty years, and with the influx of the Tea Party crazies and the Religious "Right", it has gone off the deep end.
The GOP is going to be forced to rethink its positions, because whether the wingnuts like it or not, society is going to progress. They'll either come back towards the middle or they'll become a relic of the past.
Star Joseph Gordon-Levitt certainly earned fans in high-concept action movies like Inception and The Dark Knight Rises, but the box office failure of Premium Rush proved his leading man drawing power might not be premium at all. Alongside a stalwart star like Bruce Willis, the young actor should fare better — especially since reviews for Looper have been strong and Sony has marketed the film aggressively. Though the studio is expecting an opening in the high teens, I think moviegoers starved for fresh, quality content may lift Looper‘s box office substantially higher. The film should fare better than time travel adventures In Time and Source Code, which started with $12.0 million and $14.8 million, respectively, and it may finish right in the same range as The Adjustment Bureau, which bowed to $21.2 million last year.
Taxpayers for Common Sense noted that Congress and President Barack Obama were responsible for the August 2011 budget and debt limit deal that included the potentially harmful automatic spending cuts scheduled to begin in January with a $109 billion installment. "And that's who is going to have to be responsible for defusing the ticking budget time bomb that would cut $1.2 trillion indiscriminately," the group said.
Ann Romney is a lovely woman. She's right. It can't be easy for the wife of anyone running for president. It's harder if they get the job. You think your spouses job is stressful. Just ask Michelle Obama or Laura Bush about the stress of the job of being president. Knowing that no matter what you do half of the people in the country and world will hate you.
Are we electing Ann Romney or Michelle Obama as President or their husbands?? At times it’s difficult to tell who the candidates actually are. It’s interesting to note that both husbands had a gentlemen’s agreement to leave their wives and families alone during this brutal hand to hand combat.
She was hardly whining. She was asked what her “biggest worry” would be if her husband is elected president. She answered the question honestly. We've all heard from former presidents and first ladies what an emotional toll the job of the president takes on the first family.
I think my biggest worry would be for his [Mitt Romney's] mental well-being. I have all the confidence in the world of his ability, his decisiveness, his leadership skills, his understand of the economy, his understanding of what’s missing right now. The pieces that are missing to get the jump started. So for me I think it would be the emotional part of it.
If I was trying to be at the top of anything I would try to be prepared for people liking/hating me as inevitably you and your colleagues will be making decisions that will make some people like/dislike as part of your job and also as part of doing what you think is right to move ahead. My opinion.

When Tom Brokaw, Brian Williams and the other major network anchors all give kudos to Romney and say he a great night that makes for a happy Fox news and a very unhappy Chris Mathews and MSNBC.
Yes, it was as bad as it seemed. No, it wasn’t Jim Lehrer’s fault for letting Romney expound; Obama got more time (four minutes more) than Romney. Besides, it’s not the moderator’s job to call a debater out on questionable assertions. It’s the opponent’s job. Yes, it wasn’t the best atmospherics for Obama to look down, purse his lips, appear distracted, while Romney was attentive, engaged, relaxed. But this was much more than atmospherics. This was about one candidate who came with a frame for the evening, and who was prepared to engage on every question; and another who, perhaps because of his documented faith in his own abilities, felt he could wing it with snatches of familiar verbiage.
Most surprising, the whole evening felt as if Obama thought he was back in 2008, needing only to demonstrate a sense of cool, calm collectedness to persuade the voters that they could do what they desperately wanted to do: change course.
There was barely a moment when Obama offered any sense that he was prepared to challenge Romney on his weakest point: who does the Republican presidential nominee speak for? How much (or little) does he understand where the country is, how it got here?
Even on the most basic political points, Obama seemed clueless.
I was disappointed in the debate. More than once, Obama just let Mitt Romney get away with telling outright lies. I think he was so flabbergasted that Romney would do such an outright flip-flop on his proposed policies, and on live national television, that he simply did not know how to respond.
Just had a quick listen to the new James Bond theme song, Skyfall sung by cockney songbird Adele. It's not bad, but not great either, a tad disappointed. Has anyone else heard it?
If you wouldn't mind, please spare a thought for 5 yr old April Jones who was abducted from her home in Machynlleth, mid Wales 5 days ago. Such an evil thing to do.
If you wouldn't mind, please spare a thought for 5 yr old April Jones who was abducted from her home in Machynlleth, mid Wales 5 days ago. Such an evil thing to do.
Hope life is treating you all well. Take care.
Hiya Welshie babes, how ya doin?
I've been watching that on the news all week. It's so sad, it just came out the other day that she has cerebral palsy and hasn't had her medication. It's not looking good. Her parents must be frantic with worry.
So, my American chums, when is this election going to happen? Sorry for being too dumb to know but they never seem to actually mention that point on the news.
The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Saturday shows Mitt Romney attracting support from 49% of voters nationwide, while President Obama earns the vote from 48%. Two percent (2%) prefer some other candidate, and another two percent (2%) are undecided.
Ohio: Obama 48%, Romney 47% Florida: Romney 51%, Obama 47% Virginia: Romney 49%, Obama 47% Michigan: Obama 52%, Romney 45% Swing State Tracking: 39% Say U.S. Heading in Right Direction
A little spanking that he enjoyed. Strange how 46% of the people who watched the debate can say Obama won the debate but Mitt Romney won and has a better vision for the future of America. A better plan for taxes and the economy. A bigger binder full of women.
Obama wants to hire women just because they're women. Romney wants to hire women because they are skilled , qualified and in his binder.
That debate was a draw and Mitt still came out with the high card on the points that matter. According to the polls and much to the detriment of the cry baby Chris Matthews network MSNBC. Even Anderson Cooper had to admit that Romney did much better than any of them thought once the flash poll numbers came out.
This election is a toss up. Period. Obama has lost the respect of most people in the USA because of his broken promises and failed policies. Romney hasn't been able to gain the trust of more than 49% of the registered US voters.
Neither will be able to do jack shit without the approval of Congress. America knows Obama hasn't been able to do shit with congress. The question is does America that think Romney can reign congress in and get things done.
It's clear that America does not want any one party to be in absolute control. If a Democrat is president, America will vote a majority of Republicans into congress. If a Republican is president, America will vote a majority of Democrats into congress.
That has been the history of American politics. No one party has absolute control to get their party agenda passed without bipartisan support.
The question to the undecided voters is Can Mitt Romney be another Ronald Reagan, JFK or Lincoln. Can he reach across the aisle and compromise?
They already know that Obama can't. They're just not sure if Romney can.
I'm starting to think the word prophet should follow the name of Steve Jobs. The man was a genius and he did say that Obama would be a one term president.
it looks like Mark Zuckerberg and Facebook feel the same way. They've donated more to Romney than they have to Obama. It seems the greatest minds and innovators of this century think that Romney's vision for the future is the most innovative and business friendly. They like the idea of cutting taxes for businesses and luring more entrepreneurs to the USA.
Hopefully those are full time jobs with full medical benefits. If people can't afford private insurance how the hell are they going to be able to afford the government required health insurance or a $1600 tax penalty in the next couple of years? Buy private insurance or start saving to pay the IRS it's $1600 now.
I would love to pay just $1600 a year for medical insurance. I think I'll drop my $5000 + a year policy and pay Uncle Sam that $1600 tax penalty and still get free care from emergency rooms and hospitals. I'll come out way ahead.
You'll save 3,400 a year by doing that. You can buy a used car with those savings. Fuck doing the right thing. Drop your insurance and pay the tax penalty.
A shitty used car. lol I could get a great Panasonic TC-PGT50 big screen TV with my savings. I'd have enough left over to buy stereo speakers and a couple of leather chairs.
What does Obama care say about catastrophic illness? Will the $1600 a year pay for all medical treatment, housing, sitters or assisted living for people suffering from basic old age senility to those suffering from Alzheimers? How will that $1600 a year cover $50,000 minimum a year of major medical costs? Who will end up paying the difference? That $48,400 minimum difference? Who will pay for that? A bankrupt medicare sure the hell wont.
I love the Conservative troll. Actually I don't think they are a troll because I think they truly believe in their conservative bullshit. May or Wendy, still not sure which one this is, but dumb as a goldfish.
Excuse you, I have a goldfish, and he is very smart! His name is The Doctor. ;D
ObamaCare helped me IMMEDIATELY. When I got my new health care plan in the mail, saw all the ladyparts stuff that it covered, my jaw dropped. My premium didn't even go up. I think that is fabulous, but I *still* need a lower premium, so I will soon be looking for something cheaper, or maybe even applying to Medicaide.
I will forever side-eye anyone who entertains thoughts of voting for Romney. A vote for Romney is a vote against women's health, right to choose, and right to equal pay. Romney and Ryan both are against the Lilly Ledbetter act and are both against the Violence Against Women act. Why? Because VAWA includes trans women, immigrants and Native women. And they just can't have that, now can they?
Let's not forget that Ryan believes Christians are discriminated against (LMFAO) and he was absolutely clear on his stance that abortion should be outlawed. Because, in his words, of "reason and science." His reason and science? That his first embryo looked like a bean on the first ultrasound. Wow. that is some hardcore science there.
A few nights ago, Mitt Romney said that women needed flexible hours so that they could get home in time to make dinner. And when asked about gun control, he said that single parents were to blame for violence.
Add to that their stance on gay marriage, voter suppression, racial profiling, immigration, and you've got yourself a set of the most bigoted candidates this country has seen in a long while.
Voting for them? YES, YOU ARE A BIGOT. Because you support their ideals. And don't give me this "BUT THE ECONOMY! WE HAVE BIGGER FISH TO FRY!" nonsense. That is always the excuse that bigots use to put other bigots in office. "Sorry! We have more important things to worry about than equality for women, gays, and minorities. Those things will have to wait until I get more money!"
No more waiting. The world is changing, and those of you who are clinging to those outdated beliefs are going be looked back on by your descendants with such shame.
Who's May? I know who Wendy is. I've read her and she seems to be very astute. I really like what she had to say at 7's blog last night. Her Alice in Wonderland comment. and her comment on the blues.
"Poor, dear Alice. She'll never get her tears back. She'll never find the exit as long as she searches only for the entrance. As long as she searches for the future in the past.
Once you're there, the entrance no longer matters. That door closes and locks behind you. The way IN is not the way OUT. The way out is a new way. A new path you must be brave enough to find for yourself.
There is no end if beginnings are all you seek. There can be no new beginnings without endings of the old.
Ohhhh... Sorry! I'm getting all philosophical again. If I recall, correctly, some people once upon a time appreciated that! I hope those people still read and still do!!"

~~If you don't know the blues... there's no point in picking up the guitar and playing rock and roll or any other form of popular music. ~~
Think about it. He's right. What is music without emotion? What is emotion without pain? How can you know happiness if you've never known sadness? How can you tell a story if you can not feel? If you have not felt? Joy and sorrow. Suffering and redemption (or at least the hope of redemption).
How can you fight the "hellhound on your trail" if you never dared to conjure him (or her)? If you never stood face to face with the demon you created?
Seriously, Wendy? You're going to come here and post snippets of your ridiculous ramblings in an attempt to get readers for your 7 blog?
Puh-leeze. Nobody is interested in The Soliloquizing of an Aging Groupie. But hey, you should try peddling it to a publisher. People read that 50 Shades crap, so who knows? Maybe there's a market for your tired, rehashed attempts at philosophy...
Obsessed. Cray-cray people be obsessed. I don't know how any sane reasonable person can set back and tolerate it. Mayo might need a restraining order. Six& Mya might need one . Amy & MG too. Some of this hatred is beyond obsessive. It's abusive & criminal.
Who cares 11:39? Nobody pays any serious attention to what the people hear have to say. Their just a bunch of Lyndsey hating jealous idiots. Faux feminists who hate on other women. They hate anybody who still has anyting good to say about GW or McR.
Girl on girl hate FTW! Why do they hate Mya, Wendy MJ and whoever else so much? It can't just because of jealously about Mayo an SS cain it? That fucking sad if it is. These bitches gotsta get over it. That shit was years ago. The winners won and losers are still bitchen about the winners. It's passed time to for the whinners losers to move on. It's so old its getting moldy.
Haia. Ah good old Mayonaise. I often think of the bloggers, little things remind me of them you know. I wish every one of them nothing but the best. Truth be told, I miss the place, silly innit:/
Anyway I just wanted to tell the pregnant anon to hang in there sweetheart, you'll feel better soon. I get stupidly excited when someone's pregnant. Just spent the day with my little niece. Bliss:)
Mya could have been Mayo all along. Didnt somebody translate her name to mean my alias? My alias Mayo. I'd feel like a fool it that was true. That could explain the hatred for MyA my alias and her friends. The ones not in on it were duped and made ass fools of themselves.
I don't think Mya was Mayo at all. No matter what the looney conspiracy crazy nut jobs come up with in order to make themselves feel better. They were two completely different sexes and people. Mya was a girl. Mayo was a man. They weren't one in the same. There was no collaboration or conspiracy except in the minds of the truly disturbed.
Didn't somebody here say that they thought Elena, Wendy, Mya, Amy MJ, BC , EP and that whole crew was in on who Mayo was from the beginning. That's why they where there to the end.
Hi anon. I was never 'in' on anything. I'm still blissfully unaware of anyone's identity. I kinda felt that I was an outsider you know. I think that Big M was a regular. No idea who though.
My alias for Myalas or whatever it was still cracks me up. A psychoanalysts' dream trying to discern the emotional and mental state of whoever came up with that one. How paranoid of a personality could that person be? What other enemies and characters did they create in their mind? Just how damaged and fragmented is this persons mind. Is it damaged beyond repair?
Paperheart , CTV & Cuppie were all young sweeties. It's horrible the way the were treated by some of regs at t hat other blog. they were so young. They should have been nourished and encouraged. Not stalked , verbally abused and smacked down.
I can't ever remember anyone being nasty to Paperheart, well not at Mayo's blog anyway. I was never invited to any of the other blogs so can't speak for what went on elsewhere.
Cup was picked on by some of them for her looks. She was totally dismissed by some of them just because she was pretty. So was PH. I don't know what CTV looked like but I do remember how awfully she was treated when she was hurting. She was young. She was hurt Her emotions should've been understood. She should have been validated instead of being made fun of by so called adults going to her blog and telling her that she was being unreasonable and ridiculous. She wasn't being unreasonable or ridiculous. She was hurt and she was expressing herself. Some goddamn woman in her late 30s had no business making her feel bad for being an emotional expressive teenager. I saw a lot of disgusting things at Mayo's blog but that was one of the the worst.
Entropy and Carrie disappeared after outing FS and Kap as fake\s and liars. Carrie wnt back to the blogs on occasion but Entropy never did. Don't know what ever happened to the others.
Guess again 2:21. Mya and Wendy aren't the only ones who share my views. You do need to get over your obsession with those two. It's all we hear from you. It's so unattractive and disturbing. Do you blame them for all the problems in your life? Do you see any person who disagrees with you as Mya or Wendy? Do you see a Mya or Wendy around every corner you turn? So unhealthy. Get help.
What say you, Welshie? Do you think you're talking to Mya or Wendy? Is one of them setting next to you? Why don't you kick your heels up and give 2:21 some advice. Tell them how and why they should let go of their hate. But first we must find the root of their hatred. Why do they hate Mya? Why do the hate Wendy? Why do they hate themself?
I'm waiting for the answer. I just checked 7's blog. It looks like Wendy's happy and leading a full life. Getting hundreds of views on her videos and smiles froms the bands. I didn't see any Mya but I got a feeling she's living a good life too. I've heard that they're still very good friends from a mutual FB friend. I don't know either of their real names though so I can't help you stalk them there.
Wendy's on twitter. ms and flickr if you want to stalk her there. She's not hard to find. Just search for tala wenzee. It's her. She's Winterwolfwendy on youtube, I don't know about her fb. I think that's private.
"I'm waiting for the answer. I just checked 7's blog. It looks like Wendy's happy and leading a full life. Getting hundreds of views on her videos and smiles froms the bands. "
Oh, so it's Wendy then. That clears that up. Why so obvious though? Can you try for a little subtlety?

And why do you always advertise yourself? Trying to get attention, obviously, but I mean you're so obvious about your intentions. NO ONE CARES ABOUT YOUR TWITTER.
LOL 3:04. Are you serious? You don't really expect an answer to that?? It's never going to happen because there is no logical, legitimate answer. They just hate her. They just do because she's so OMGZZZZ evil.
I have a feeling she likes being thought of as evil. Just my personal perspective. If you hate her that much you really shouldn't flatter her so much. By constantly thinking of and naming her. Mya or Wendy. Wendy or Mya. You give yourselves away. You always have.

«Oldest ‹Older 601 – 800 of 858 Newer› Newest»I don't like linking to ONTD, but here is the Tom Hiddleston interview from yesterday.
That quality of the video on ontd is terrible. Go to the original site if you want to watch it.

Looking forward to watching JGL alongside Daniel Day-Lewis in Lincoln.

But if Obama strategists think they it can win a re-election battle on a platform of class warfare they're very much mistaken.
http://harndenblog.dailymail.co.uk/2012/01/much-ado-about-nothing-mitt-romney-is-very-rich-he-also-gave-millions-to-charity-and-the-taxman.html
The Mormon church is a charity? I'm sorry, but I don't agree. It's a tax-free shelter at best. They spend most of their money building temples.
He assaulted a gay man. He refuses to allow gays their rights. He's against abortion and would impose his beliefs on everyone else. He doesn't support women getting equal pay.
And he's just about the lowest form of heartless asshole in the nation.
Romney said on 60 Minutes that people who don't have insurance can always go to the ER.
Great. So the costs of healthcare can continue to skyrocket while those of us who do have insurance indirectly pay for those who show up in the ER.
This man has no idea what he's talking about.
I wonder how much of the millions of dollars Mitt Romney gave to the Mormon church went towards banning gay marriage in Prop 8?
This is what Mitt Romney thinks is "charity".
It's like they don't even live in this world.
Presto chango! Money out of nothing!
*workers
The "WHY DON'T AIRPLANE WINDOWS OPEN, OMG IT'S A REAL PROBLEM" thing was pretty LOLsome, too.
Lol, those damn FAA regulations! I'm sure Romney will fix that once he's made King... uh, I mean elected.
/sarcasm

• The continuing occupation of Palestinian lands and U.S. interference in the Arab world are held to be the greatest obstacles to peace and stability in the Middle East.
• While many Arabs were hopeful that the election of Barack Obama would improve U.S.-Arab relations, that hope has evaporated. Today, President Obama's favorable ratings across the Arab World are 10% or less.

The Poorest Counties in Every State in America
Published: Tuesday, September 25, 2012

Yet that video probably wasn’t the reason Ambassador Stevens died -- as Obama himself said, evidence is growing that the attack was planned and his death “wasn’t just a mob action.”
Strangely, Obama didn’t talk about the U.S. policy that has the highest likelihood of tamping extremism in the Muslim world: supporting economic growth.

President George W.
Bush and John Kerry.[38]
In 2004, Slate said they “publicly doubted and privately derided Rasmussen” polls because of the methodology.

The reactions weren't from the general public, and most were describing it as a masterpiece of science fiction.

So many things to look forward to in the future :)

When Tom Brokaw, Brian Williams and the other major network anchors all give kudos to Romney and say he a great night that makes for a happy Fox news and a very unhappy Chris Mathews and MSNBC.
Turn on MSNBC right now. Chris Matthews is about to have a stroke on live TV.

Really? When Romney singled out PBS as something that needs to be defunded? I don't think so.

It's November 6th.

Dear pregnant anon: I'm pregnant too. What are you doing to help morning sickness? This is driving me crazy, I've been sick for weeks.
Hiya guys, how are you all?
Cheers anon for the answer to my question. Blimey, you've got a good few weeks of this electioneering left haven't you.
I hope you can all keep your sanity till then. Good luck, I'm thinking of you all.

The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Saturday shows Mitt Romney attracting support from 49% of voters nationwide, while President Obama earns the vote from 48%. Two percent (2%) prefer some other candidate, and another two percent (2%) are undecided.
Ohio: Obama 48%, Romney 47%
Florida: Romney 51%, Obama 47%
Virginia: Romney 49%, Obama 47%
Michigan: Obama 52%, Romney 45%
Swing State Tracking: 39% Say U.S. Heading in Right Direction
Useful new word. TESTICULATING: Waving your arms around and talking bollocks.
You guys gotta click on this link. You won't regret it. :)
Eliza looks fantastic. Girl got her groove back and then some.
Mitt Romney got a spanking last night.
The devil you know.
More businesses in America equal more jobs for Americans. Simple math.
A shitty used car. lol
I could get a great Panasonic TC-PGT50 big screen TV with my savings. I'd have enough left over to buy stereo speakers and a couple of leather chairs.
ObamaCare FTW!
“In 19 days, you can choose to turn back the clock 50 years for immigrants, gays, women—or you can stand up and say I want to move forward.”

In the words of the awewome Keith Richards,
~~If you don't know the blues... there's no point in picking up the guitar and playing rock and roll or any other form of popular music.
Yeah. She sound so dumb. In a profound way. lulz
I always appreciated 616's philosophical postings. At her blog, Mayo's blogs, or the FNA and other blogs.
10.33, Alice? 7's blog? I don't understand, can you explain your comment?
FNA?
Six scares me. She knows voodoo and can cast spells to like make your pipes break in your walls or make your brakes fail.
lol
Can she make spiders, flies, ants and maggots come out of your pipes too.
Sounds like some body I would want on my side if she can do all that.
Who's May?
Mya? Mayo?
10.33, Alice? 7's blog? I don't understand, can you explain your comment?
No. You have to read her comments to understand the context of the Alice comment.

Wendy, NO1CURR. Go the fuck away. Everyone knows it's you, and no one is impressed.
It's just not here.
Six scares me too, but not because she knows voodoo. It's teh cray. Bitch needs to be locked up in a rubber room.
She doesn't scare me. She's just so... pointless.

Faux feminism at its worst. Here.
"

True. You could cure typhoid fever with the residue from their shit.

Whos May? Was that FimbleFuckinStar and her Dyslexia trying to spell Mya or Mayo? Which one did she mean? Did she Mean Mya or Mayo?
Bliss:)
Hi Miss T poppet how's things oop north?
I don't remember reading that anon.
I always got the feeling that Soul Connector, Miranth and Xpaperheart knew who Mayo and SS were. Whatevr happened to t hem?
I wouldn't worry about it Welshie. Your not a shit slinger. Haven't taken anu side. You talked to all of them.
Ah sweet little paperheart, such a nice girl. I sorta remember SC and Miranth. No idea if they knew Mayo and SS's identity.
I have a bottle of wine and a giant Toblerone. Want some?:)
No tanks. I don't drink.
Who saw Cabin in the Woods? Interesting experiment. Very interesting.

Paperheart , CTV & Cuppie were all young sweeties. It's horrible the way the were treated by some of regs at t hat other blog. they were so young. They should have been nourished and encouraged. Not stalked , verbally abused and smacked down.
I'm bored. Let's talk about Cloud Atlas.
CTV never came back after the comments that were posted at her blog did she?
^Nope. She didnt.
What ever happened to Entropy, FASC and Kass? I liked reading FASC and Kass in the morning. PP too.
FASC and her tales of Mr Bloke, and PP, my rugby loving mate. I miss her. Damn it, I miss them all.
Entropy and Carrie disappeared after outing FS and Kap as fake\s and liars. Carrie wnt back to the blogs on occasion but Entropy never did. Don't know what ever happened to the others.
It's always so funny when Wendy and Mya show up around here looking for a bone to pick. It must get lonely in their lives.
Kassie was one kick ass moffo.
Bloody hell, I'm chatty tonight. Am I a pain in the arse, should I stop chatting? I think I need to hide the wine.
Get help.
LOL
What say you, Welshie? Do you think you're talking to Mya or Wendy? Is one of them setting next to you? Why don't you kick your heels up and give 2:21 some advice. Tell them how and why they should let go of their hate. But first we must find the root of their hatred. Why do they hate Mya? Why do the hate Wendy? Why do they hate themself?
^That. Good Questions
This is getting much less boring.
Haven't a bloody clue who I'm talking to.
is one of them setting next to you?
setting? what, like a bowl of jelly setting? hee hee. sorry, wine gives me the giggles:)
I don't know either of their real names though so I can't help you stalk them there.
Um, you talking to me? I have no intention of stalking anyone.
Wendy's on twitter. ms and flickr if you want to stalk her there. She's not hard to find. Just search for tala wenzee. It's her. She's Winterwolfwendy on youtube, I don't know about her fb. I think that's private.
Do you have any intention of telling 2:21 that they're way off the fucking mark Welshie? Do that and then I'll come back and talk to you,
"I'm waiting for the answer. I just checked 7's blog. It looks like Wendy's happy and leading a full life. Getting hundreds of views on her videos and smiles froms the bands. "
Oh, so it's Wendy then. That clears that up. Why so obvious though? Can you try for a little subtlety?
Until the paranoia end, ADIOS.
"Wendy's on twitter. ms and flickr if you want to stalk her there. She's not hard to find. Just search for tala wenzee. It's her. She's Winterwolfwendy on youtube, I don't know about her fb. I think that's private."
And why do you always advertise yourself? Trying to get attention, obviously, but I mean you're so obvious about your intentions. NO ONE CARES ABOUT YOUR TWITTER.
Nope 3:01. Keep guessing. While you're at it why don't you tell me why you're so obsessed with Wendy? Tell us all why you're so obsessed with her.
It looks like well over 500 people care about her twitter. Jealous 3:02?
Who are you 3:02? Give me your twitter name so I can see how many people care about what you have to say.
haven't a bloody clue who 2:21 is. If you don't want to talk to me then, well, don't talk to me.
