The dictionary definition of hypocrisy...

Lindsey: "just sensitive to anything that perpetuates girl on girl hate. that "im better than your gf and heres why shtict is nonsense."

Never wanted to dance with nobody but you-
wouldn't take "no" for an answer, you fucking bitch!

5 Year Old Mother Fuckin Pantyshot Cant Complain
I Didnt Even Touch Her So I Cant Be Blamed
5 Year Old
Pantyshot In My Brain
My Life Has Meaning When She Spreads Her Legs
5 Year Old Pantyshot

I Suffer Again Because Me Want To Fuck And Touch
And Fuck And Touch The Children

Etc. I don't need to quote all their stupid misogynist lyrics because I'd be here all day and so would everyone else.

So other music is "nonsense" and Lindsey is such a feminist but ..... Yeh. We all know where this is going.

Whoa, its either emt is real or the faker stole that picture from amy's facebook.

Lynn said...

I think emt is real. I do not think it is strange for her to have a twitter or facebook, but a buzznet? Talking to fangirls is kind of silly.

Anonymous said...

i agree. i dont get why a 35 year old woman do that anyway? that's more sick than the wmhc leeching off mcr's fame.

Anonymous said...

I agree with Lynn. Having buzznet account and advertise herself in "gerard way" section on buzznet is low IMO.

i bet now every fangirls on BN will kiss her ass to get closer to Gerard and Lyn-z.

That one chick that said she was a faker got called out by emt and now she want to be added as a friend. Makes me want to vomit >_<

Lindsey's mom looks nice. She doesn't seem to feel the need to adopt her daughter's 'punk style' unlike some other mom does.
The strange thing is that even Lindsey doesn't seem to want to look like her stage persona in real life.

And I think that this is the first time in a long while that I've seen a genuine smile on Gerard's face.

Lindsey looks like her mother.

Crizz E. Shit! Now emt took everything off of her profile. Either it was a fake or the buzznet rapid fangirls scared her off. Way to go dipshits! LOL!

Anonymous said...

Oh wow, so emt did called someone out for calling her a faker? Good Lord, 35-year-old woman doing that to a crazy teen girl is kinda...weird, IMO.

Anonymous said...

ehh i dont really like that crizz girl on BN. she's like the new caliw or smtg.

I wish i would of saved her comment. She more or less called Amy a fake and Amy called her a jealous fangirl(which Crizz always calls other people that)LOL! Then a couple of hours later Crizz asked Amy to accept her as a friend.LOL!!

Maybe someone should get his idiot wife to say something to stop this fool deluding young girls.

Amy called her a jealous fangirl

I think that's really mean.

Anonymous said...

Isn't she an MSI fangirl? She is good friends with the chick that bought Lynz's banana drawing.

Crizz and her minions are kinda mean on BN. I remember some unpopular girl on BN posted a new Gerard picture and got a lot of comments but some of crizz's "supporters" said that the girl has no right to post the picture because crizz has to post it first. WTF. Its not like she owns the fucking pic!

Anonymous said...

If that's really her sister, she should stick to her profession and stop trying to bring attention to herself via her sister's infamy with the twit she married.

Anonymous said...

Isn't she an MSI fangirl?

If by MSI fangirl you mean MCR fan who jumps into MSI bandwagon after Gerard got married, then yes, that's her alright.

Lynn said...

is she one of the BN nazis?

She was. She is more of a "Twitter" nazi now. One good thing about her though is she used to be a huge fan of MCR and now she has "seen the light" and realizes what a douchbage Gerard had become.

Anonymous said...

That's right. I just remembered MSI shared 27 toothless fans between them :).

Then the emo king rolled up and now it's thousands

Anonymous said...

Why is everyone trying to leech off Gerard nowadays? We got his friends, his wife, his sister in law, sister in law's friend and daughter - what's next - his neighbor? his mailman? his plumber? etc?

Anonymous said...

More lols from Sumersonic. Gerard's voice sounds a bit better here, (I think this was Osaka) but the hair gets just as fucked up towards the end. I don't know why they made one video with only snippets of two songs. Maybe Gerard's vocals completely gave out at one point.

Why did I ever think they sounded good live?

Anonymous said...

I will admit MCR puts on an energetic performance. Or at least they PUT on one, I saw them quite some years ago and can't say anything regarding currently. So in part what makes, or made their shows good was the overall experience. Plus, you can't hear Gerard's vocals very well in the pit without earplugs, so you can't tell how bad it is.

But then, MSI also puts on an energetic show, so that theory is out the window.

Anonymous said...

What kills me is how Frances is so into Jeff Buckley, yet she hangs out with people who diss others who don't put on so-called 'energetic performances' like MCR.

Last Goodbye live. No fire-breathing, no ass-smacking, no backbends. Just amazing music.

Is everyone here really comfortable with the comments about lindsey's parenting abilities?

I had a baby at 14. I was stupid and naive, but people tried to paint it like I was a whore and just wanted a baby to get money and somewhere to live, that I would be a horrible parent because of my age and stupidity in getting pregnant.

None of that is/was true, but that's how it looked and people judged me for it. It hurt my feelings because it wasn't like that, and that's exactly what people are doing to lindsey. Judging her parenting abilities based on things other than her parenting. Nobody knows what she's like behind closed doors with Bandit. Can't you wait until she (god forbid) goes out driving Bandit without a seat, or on her lap, etc before you start that?

She may be an asshole as far as you're concerned and make herself look stupid, but that doesn't mean she doesn't/can't love Bandit or be a good parent. It doesn't mean she'll have a nanny and not want to look after Bandit when she's sick. You're judging this woman's future abilities as a mother? Whether or not she wanted Bandit as an acsessory of some kind? That's incredibly sad and immature, in my mind.

Anonymous said...

OMG 3:48 do you live in the real world? Everyone judges everyone, whether you like it or not. Real maturity is not to react to it, and behave like a mature person.

Anonymous said...

You have a point 3:52. Lindsey does her fair share of judging herself.

Anonymous said...

I really have not seen much criticism of Lindsey's parenting skills here, 3:48. I've seen people talk about how she's not the best role model for a young girl, seeing as how she makes (made) a living flashing her underpants and dancing onstage whilst pretending to play an instrument to a backing track, but nobody is saying she doesn't love Bandit (lol, B&it) or that she doesn't take proper care of her.

She should have chosen the poor child's name a bit more carefully, though, and that I stand behind 100 per cent.

Anonymous said...

I agree for the most part 4.01, but yeah people have criticized her parenting skills. On this very page.

Anonymous said...

People assume that stupid people will do everything in a stupid way, and that includes raising a child. There's even a t shirt that says "Stupid people shouldn't breed." If you think about it, it sounds like something Frank Iero might say. Didn't he suggest that some mother with noisy kids should have given herself an abortion?

So, it's really not fair to get on our case because a small handful of people assume that Lindsey is going to do everything in her life stupidly. Because "stupidly" is how she tends to act and speak.

Anonymous said...

I agree for the most part 4.01, but yeah people have criticized her parenting skills. On this very page.

Maybe I'm blind, but I don't see anyone criticising Lindsey's parenting skills on this particular page. Copy, paste?

Anonymous said...

And even if people here criticize Lindsey's parenting skills or the lack thereof, why should it bother you, anon@ 3:48 AM?

You got criticized for having a baby at the age of 14, but apparently you proved them wrong. Good for you and your kid!

You are not Lindsey then why should you compare your life to hers and do you really think she reads this blog or lets others read it for her to report her back?
I don't think so.
And even if that would be the case then I think she can handle it since she could also handle the vitriolic lyrics of her band and if she can't I can only say if the shoe fits, wear it. Or should I say suck it?
I bet she's used to a lot of things and in her position she really should be or she is in the wrong business.
Just like her husband she isn't capable of keeping her private life to herself and yabs away on Twitter about herself and 'Lady B.' (sounds like the brand of a hand bag or pantyliners to me), so she has to be aware of others discussing her public life publically.

Anonymous said...

I was mistaken anon. Meant the last page. And a few others too, but for example:

God, her stupidity makes me sick Ignorance really must be bliss That poor child of hers Another Frances Bean in the making

Another part is teaching your child values and attitudes that will help her succeed in life. With her attitude about a woman's place in society, I think Lindsey is failing in that area.
(The child is not old enough for this to even matter right now. Noone knows what lindsey will teach her or how she may change in order to do so)

which always makes me worry about how she's (Bandit) going to be mentally at a later age like 4 and neither parent can put up with her fits or want to deal with her when she gets sick.

I'm sure they'll probably be dumping her off on nannies who, hopefully, will try and teach her some manners. I don't see them dragging the poor thing off on tour with them.

Anonymous said...

Siobhan I get your point, I totally do. But at the same time I just think it's silly to criticize someone on an area of their life where you truly have no idea how they behave. I didn't mean it so much as that it may hurt her feelings, but that I personally feel it makes people here seem silly for saying stuff like that.

Someone may be a total idiot, loudmouth, disrespectful to other people, whatever, but be wonderfully loving mother to their child. In those cases you can only hope the attitude towards others changes before the child is old enough to pick up on it, but it doesn't mean the child will turn out bad or be passed around from nanny to nanny because the parents don't wanna take care of it, as someone said.

Anonymous said...

She does 'yab' about Bandit, but she doesn't talk about how she can't be bothered with her, which is why I wondered why people would act as if she was doing a Britney on her kid or something.

Anonymous said...

Those comments are more speculation than direct critisism. People have formed and opinion of Gerard and Lynz from what they've been shown. I don't see anything about her not loving her daughter so that's far fetched to say. It's not uncommon for celebrities to have nannies as they get too busy with their careers but I'm not so sure they're in the catagory to afford one.

Anonymous said...

They have not been shown how she treats her kid. thatls my issue. they are also implying the nanny will come in because they won't be able to handle the work, not because they will be busy. but i suppose it doesn't matter either way. People will say what they will.

Anonymous said...

They have been shown how Gerard and Lynz choose to present themselves, overall. That's how most people will judge another person. It's not exclusive to here or Lynz.

Anonymous said...

God, her stupidity makes me sick Ignorance really must be bliss That poor child of hers Another Frances Bean in the making.

I said that. Well, without forgetting the punctuation. ^_^

The thing is that you shouldn't take comments out of context if you want to prove a point.
I made that comment after Lindsey proved again via Twitter that she has no clue whatsoever about what sexism is and do I have to remind you of that braindead tweet of Frances teaching another girl that it is totally fine to call a girl/woman a cunt yet calling her a slut is unacceptable?

Lindsey is stupid as shit. I really want to see her highschool diploma because I still can't believe that this moron ever attended school.

I really don't think that it is too far-fetched to say that she and the rocket scientist she married will be passing on their knowledge about 'feminism' and that you can never have enough 'likes' in a sentence to her poor daughter.

Anonymous said...

Lynz has displayed a total lack of class and for the most part it looks like Gerard can hardly take care of himself. Perhaps in having a child both of them will gain some wisdom and maturity. Time will tell how it turns out for them. Unfortunately, I don't think it'll make Gerard's vocals or the new songs any better and if Lynz stays home with the child, I don't know what MSI will do as she was their best gimmick.

Anonymous said...

Most of the comments I have seen regarding Gerard and Lindsey's child rearing abilities have referenced the values and morals that the two of them seem to possess. For example, Lindsey's idea that she can "make her own rules" and that she can come up with her very own idea of feminism that suits her particular choices in life, but don't seem to value talent or education. Just wait until Bandit tries to make her own rules at school. That's going to go over like a lead balloon.

I don't believe anyone here thinks Lindsey doesn't love her kid. But, as was pointed out earlier, love, shelter, food and clothing is only a part of parenting. Parents have to be willing and able to instill values in their child which will enable them to function within society. Hopefully, Bandit can get a job in the art or entertainment world, because out in the "real world" where most of us live, making your own rules doesn't usually cut it.

I wonder if there's going to be so much hype over MCR's new album as there was over TBP? Most music channels were running some sort of feature on them and their videos were being played constantly for about four or five months after TBP was released.

Lynn said...

I really doubt it. I know that mcr wanted to do without all the makeup and costumes for this next album but without a gimmic i doubt that they can pull it off on their own. If any of the songs are anything like we already heard i think this album will be worst than TBP.

Anonymous said...

Warner doesn't seem to be spending any money promoting anything right now. I seriously doubt they're going to sink a ton of money into MCR when they already did that on TBP and didn't get the return on their investment that they expected.

From People online: (link)

Sarah Michelle Prinze and husband Freddie Prinze Jr. are parents, PEOPLE has learned exclusively.

The couple "welcomed their daughter Charlotte Grace Prinze on Saturday, Sept. 19," says a rep for the actress. "The family is over the moon."

Finally! A celebrity couple that didn't name their kid something idiotic. Go, Buffy!

It seems that Tokio Hotel will be playing at this year's MTV EMAs again this year. The last time they played was the year they beat MCR out for an award (2007) and Gerard gave that horrible performance and had a little hissy fit. Lol.

I wonder if MCR will ever make it back there. With songs like Death Before Disco, I doubt they're going to getting many award nominations or invitations to play on TV.

Anonymous said...

*I need to proofread. :(

Disregard one of those "this year"s.

I doubt they will be up for any awards. Maybe if they make the movie based on Gerard's comic they may play one of their songs at the end when the credits roll.

Lynn said...

Did that song or video that he did for final fantasy even get any airtime? How about the cover song by Dylan?

Anonymous said...

The only place I ever heard the Final Fantasy song was on MCR fansites where the video was posted. I don't know if it got any play in Japan or wherever the guy he made it with was from. I thought it sucked.

I never heard Desolation Row on the radio, not even on the alternative rock station in my town, but they kind of hate MCR and have never played them. I don't really know why.

On Frances:
I think it's nice that she likes to read, or at least pretends to, and it's not Twilight.
And maybe she likes Jeff Buckley now? The MSI party was a year ago and as a teenager, I know firsthand that people her age change their tastes in music rapidly.
Another irony of her saying she doesn't want to be known for her name is the way she exploits others' names on a regular basis (hello Nietzsche)...

So she's trying to be mature; would you prefer her to strive for immaturity like our friend Jimmy Piss?

And G looks okay in that picture posted (unlike the Roxy gigs); was it from pre-B&it?

Anonymous said...

I think it's pretty recent, Lindsey looks post-baby. Which I have to say is pretty good, either she exercises and eats well, or was just really lucky.

Anonymous said...

.... and it's not Twilight.

Frances LOVED Twilight, until Gerard said he'd never do the New Moon soundtrack and she delcared "Fuck Twilight". She even went to the premier.

Congrats to Freddie and Sarah. At least they named their daughter something sensible. Thanks for posting Anon.

I think that picture is old. His jacket doesn't look as tatter.

Anonymous said...

She recently denied ever liking Twilight on twitter, or that Courtney tried to set her up with Robert Pattinson. I would believe the second one is not true or at least exaggerated, but going to the premiere of a movie kind of confirms that you like it.

Anonymous said...

Maybe he got a new jacket finally.

Anonymous said...

What does HeyChris do for a living? I know he's written at least one book, but I wouldn't think that would be enough to live off of.

Anonymous said...

He used to be a hair dresser in an upscale salon. Now he is a self-published author of a few books and his own merch. FOB and MCR fans help pay his bills.

Anonymous said...

And maybe she likes Jeff Buckley now? The MSI party was a year ago and as a teenager, I know firsthand that people her age change their tastes in music rapidly.

She definitely likes Jeff Buckley now. She had a picture of him as her background on twitter not long ago and she's talked about him on twitter a few times.

Personally I think it's great that she's listening to him because maybe she'll compare his real music and amazing talent to the crap that MSI and MCR (sorry to those of you who still like the music -- I started listening to it when I was very young and now I think it's crap) churn out and realize they aren't all she thought they were.

I think she'll suddenly drop Mikey, Gerard, Alicia, etc. when she realizes that it's not cool (either in a cool or non-cool-cool way) to listen to them. Just like she dumped Twilight.

Anonymous said...

I find it odd that Frances doesn't twitter back and forth with Alicia much anymore at all. Wasn't Alicia supposed to be her second mom? She never tweets Gerard because he doesn't respond. She mostly tweets with Chantal, Lindsey and Mikey. Seems weird to me.

Anonymous said...

I'm currently listening to Jeff Buckley for the first time in a couple of years. His voice is so perfect it brings tears to my eyes.

I suppose I owe Frances one for reminding me how much I love him. Weird.

Anonymous said...

So she's trying to be mature; would you prefer her to strive for immaturity like our friend Jimmy Piss?

I don't dislike Frances. And I disagree that she's trying to be mature to impress the MCR/MSI crew. I think she's just trying to grow up in general, as all 17 year olds do.

Chantal, Alicia and Lindsey were probably just substitutes for adult role models. God knows she hasn't had one in Courtney. But Frances is probably going to realize soon (if she already hasn't) that she's more mature than they are and she'll drop them like hot potatoes. Unlike those moochers from WMHC, she doesn't need them.

Anonymous said...

Doesn't everyone go through a Jeff Buckley phase? I love him, but I'm surprised that F. Bean isn't into somebody more obscure like Jimmy Gnecco who has an incredible talent like Buckley's, but hasn't attained any real fame. Jimmy is still alive and recording with Ours so she could follow him. He probably wouldn't give her any special treatment for being Kurt's daughter, but isn't that what she claims she wants?

Anonymous said...

.

I think Frances has a serious case of the Geetard disease, which means that she desperately tries to adopt other people's mindset to fit in. The thing is that unlike Gerard she's still a teenager and that's what many of them tend to do and most of them grow out of that phase eventually.

I, however, don't think that she's more mature than the others. Her stupid tweets in which she's trying to lecture same-aged kids on what to do (cunt=okay/slut=unacceptable etc.) shows that she still has a lot of growing up to do and really needs to surround herself with sane people who'll teach her that behaving like a pretentious asshole is not cool and doesn't earn you respect but makes you look even more stupid than you're actually afraid to look like if you would behave like your real self.
I find it really sad that she is afraid of enjoying things (Twilight or whatever) only because the people she hangs out with don't think it's cool or because she thinks that the people don't take her seriously anymore if she admits to enjoy those things.

The only excuse she has for her behavior is that she's still very young, but after a few years people won't accept that as an excuse anymore.

Does Frances even go to school or is she homeschooled?
I'm just wondering because she moved from L. A. to New York and now I've heard that Courtney wants to move to England.
Who takes care of choosing the schools for Frances and to register her for those schools? I highly doubt that her zombie mother is capable of doing that.

Anonymous said...

I might be wrong but for some reason I remember hearing Chris was a colorist at Elizabeth Arden. Then he left to follow his dream to inspire kids the world over. He had an ad up for personal life coaching by the hour. Don't know how well that's going but his LJ comments have gone down considerably since WMHC's glory days.

Anonymous said...

Frances is probably trying to sound so "mature" to impress other girls her own age, which is the same reason she's hanging out with members of MCR/MSI. She certainly isn't going to impress the members of MCR/MSI by trying to act mature, seeing as how they act like pre-pubescent adolescents.

Give her another year. She'll realize that the college crowd isn't into the emo shtick and she'll be denying her involvement with them just like she denies Twilight now.

Anonymous said...

In another year, she'll probably be trying to suck up to members of Fleet Foxes. Maybe Bon Iver.

MCR is over and kids in college will laugh at her for listening to them.

Anonymous said...

Did college kids in the US ever listen to MCR? Or MSI?

They were big in the high schools two or three years ago, but had been relegated to middle school last I noticed.

I don't know where Frances goes to school, but Fall terms in the US have all started, so she should be in school now. Emphasis on should because who knows if Courtney even knows that school has started yet?

Frances never talks about school, does she?

Jimmy (Gnecco) is still alive and recording with Ours so she could follow him. He probably wouldn't give her any special treatment for being Kurt's daughter, but isn't that what she claims she wants?

I haven't listened to Ours in years, but I loved Distorted Lullabies. I didn't know they were still recording. I'll have to revisit them. :)

As for Frances not wanting special treatment, who here really believes that line of b.s.? Not me.

2003-2004 MCR's fans were mostly college kids. They all left when they heard Revenge. Gerard was 27 and writing about not being okay and I think 12 yeard olds in Helena outfits was more than they could take.

7:37,

You've actually heard of Ours? DL was my soundtrack for the period immediately following 9/11. I don't know how I would have made it through that awful time without it.

I recently found this rare Jimmy Gnecco interview, where you can clearly see that fame is the last thing he was ever interested in.

You should check out the new record, Mercy. I love it. I heard that Jimmy is releasing a solo record next year. I hope it's true. I love him so much. His voice is magic.

And now just 5 years later he wants everyone to listen to him because he has "the answer." LMFAO

No thanks, Geetard. I think I'll figure out the answers on my own.

Anonymous said...

Thanks for the link 8:04. I don't think I ever saw an interview with Jimmy or even heard him speak before.

He seemed so sincere and I loved the part at the end where he talked about forgetting to be happy and hoping that his music could remind people to look for the things that made them happy. In a weird way it seemed like the same message that Geetard made such a mockery of when he turned it into "saving people's lives". Except with MCR it was a 30 second soundbite that the record company thought up. Not much sincerity there.

I remember listening to Here is the Light on repeat in my car after 9/11 too. Distorted Lullabies was a great record.

I'm downloading the new CD on iTunes as we speak (type).

He's probably still having Post Traumatic Stress attacks, poor thing.

You're welcome, 8:28. It's so good to find another Gnecco fan. I had the biggest crush on him for years. He's so soft spoken and unassuming and he has the most gorgeous eyes and shy smile. I saw him live and met him a few times, once when they were playing at a Starbucks of all places. His voice blew everyone away.

I hope you enjoy Mercy. :)

Oh my God 8:04. The new Ours record is beautiful. Every track is gorgeous. How is it that I didn't know about this?

Thank you so much for reintroducing me to Jimmy. I had forgotten how much I adore his voice. :D

And fuck Frances. She can just stay away from him. He's too good for her. ^_~

@kittyontour how does it feel to degrade your body for money because your mind blatantly isn't equipt enough to put into use?

Frances said this to some girl who asked her why she couldn't afford to wash her hair (I suppose because she was talking about dry shampoo, probably because Lindsey was talking about it not long ago). The girl's profile said she took off her clothes for money.

Um...wasn't Courtney a stipper at one time? Maybe Frances should be asking her mother that question.

Anonymous said...

No I'm not.

Anonymous said...

Not to mention that Lindsey's pretty close to being a glorified stipper onstage. It isn't exactly like she uses her mind to backbend or faux play the bass. Oh and Alicia's a real mental giant too. It takes tons of brainpower to keep house and dress up cats.

I guess we're just not smart enough to follow Frances' advanced logic because her mind is better "equipt" than ours. She reads Nietzsche in "minuets" you know.

Lmfao.

that could almost be aimed at Lyn-z for her crotch flashing escapades on stage.

Mine's fine Anon.

Lindsey:
@monroevillegurl hey crazy pants, the block button is twitters way of giving someone the finger. i just blocked you, for the third time...

Hahaha! Everyone should look at monroevillegurls page. That gurl is pure fucked up weird-o. There's no one she won't harrass.

Plus, I had to LOL hard at this conversation:

@Gofackadawg youd think with all that money you coulf afford to wash your fucking hair! fulthy cow oh and @justfeckineef says hi haha

@kittyontour how does it feel to degrade your body for money because your mind blatantly isn't equipt enough to put into use?

@Gofackadawg whats it like having armpit hair down to your ankles?

@kittyontour p.s. There isn't a toll fee to wash ones hair you fucking imbecile.

As moronic as that girl is, Frances is in no place to call anyone an "imbecile". And as for Frances' first reply - HER MOTHER WAS A STRIPPER and continues to strip whenever her coked-out brain feels like it. She strips on stage, in magazines and let some one suck on her breast at Wendy's! She needs to pass that reply on her mother, pronto.

As well as Courtney there's Lindsey and her bass "playing", but I don't think I need to point that out to anyone here.

Lol, here I am criticizing Frances' spelling, but my "r" key keeps failing and I'm calling Courtney a "stipper". I meant "stripper" obviously. :/

From a great article by Daniel Lyons in Newsweek:

"Twitter has become a playground for imbeciles, skeevy marketers, D-list celebrity half-wits, and pathetic attention seekers: Shaquille O'Neal, Kim Kardashian, Ryan Seacrest. Sure, some serious people, like George Stephanopoulos and Al Gore, use Twitter. And a lot of publishing companies and bloggers (myself included) use Twitter to send links to articles we've published. But most of what streams across Twitter is junk. One recent study concluded that 40 percent of the messages are "pointless babble."

Then again, look at TV: fat people dancing, talentless people singing, Glenn Beck slinging lunatic conspiracy theories. Stupid stuff sells. The genius of Twitter is that it manages to be even stupider than TV. It's so stupid that it's brilliant. No person with an IQ above 100 could possibly care what Ashton Kutcher or Ashlee Simpson has to say about anything. But Kutcher has 3.5 million Twitter followers, and Simpson has 1.5 million. Who are these millions of people? If you're an investor in Twitter, you probably think, who cares? Kutcher and Simpson might be buffoons, but they've built bigger audiences than a lot of TV shows.

I think our gang (Gerard, Mikey, Lindsey, Chantal, Frances, etc.) fall into the "D-list celebrity half-wit" category. What do you think?

The TV comment cracked me up too, because Gerard and Lindsey spend half their twitter time talking about idiotic reality TV shows. Lol.

So why don't you go hang out with Voluptuosity, that Old Coot and their cohorts and laugh at us? We don't mind, honestly. Because we'll be here laughing at you.

Go to 6:03 for a little interview snippet with the band (Gerard talking of course) from SumerSonic.

Lol @Gerard saying they "became who they are" at Pro Rev and that the crowd is going to be getting a "great American rock band" at that show. Hmmm... maybe he was talking about NIN? Nope, he was deluding himself again. Oh Gerard.

Anonymous said...

Why does Gerard always have to sing his own praises? Isn't it up to somebody else to say his band is great? I want to smack him when he starts that shit. And I used to think he was humble. What a joke that was.

Anonymous said...

Well, he now has a wife that tells him to make his own rules . And he does.

Anonymous said...

Gerard's statement about Projekt Revolution, along with Frank's enthusiastic nod of agreement proves what we've been saying all along: the band has done a complete 180 ever since they hooked up with MSI.

Well, at least they aren't lying about who they are anymore.

Anonymous said...

I kinda feel a bit sorry for Mikey whenever GW mentions how PRev was the best tour, and they came into their own as a rock band during that tour, blah, blah, blah. Do you think he has forgotten that Mikey wasn't there during that tour? Or maybe he doesn't think that it is a bit hurtful. I would find that hurtful.

Anonymous said...

Well, at least they aren't lying about who they are anymore.

True. It would have been nice if they had never lied though. I think it would have saved me some money, time and energy!

Anonymous said...

Honestly? I don't think Gerard even gives his brother (or anybody else) a second thought. His head is so far up his own ass I doubt it has even occurred to him that Mikey's feelings might be hurt.

Also, he was probably so drugged up/drunk on that tour, I doubt he even remembers that Mikey wasn't there.

Anonymous said...

True. It would have been nice if they had never lied though. I think it would have saved me some money, time and energy!

Me too. I wish I had back the money I spent on that idiotic band. I'm just glad I've never been into merch. I'm only out the cost of three CDs, LOTMS and two shows (but I got to see Alkaline Trio and Muse, so I got my money's worth from those). I went to PR too, but I don't regret that because Placebo, TBS and Linkin Park were awesome. MCR, not so much.

Well that makes up for it anyway. In a way it isn't so much the money, but more the time spent (mentally) on them. For me, and I am sure others, they were way more than just a band. They made me think, and they were a big part of my life. I think that is what makes me annoyed now. But I have made some great friends through MCR (mostly all ex fans now funnily enough).

Anonymous said...

Whenever GW says about PR being the best tour, I wish he would just be honest and say, "PR was the best time, because I was finally getting some hot sex." It annoys me when he confuses the two!

You and I are just alike in that respect. When I believed the guys in the band were genuine, it gave me a good feeling to think there were people out there making it in the music business who weren't just a bunch of creeps who disrespected women. It kind of gave me hope for men in general, if that makes sense.

And like you, I met great friends through MCR -- people from all over the world. I'm still friends with a lot of them and I can only think of one or two who still like the band, but even they aren't the avid fans they used to be. I don't see them sticking around if the next record sucks.

Yes I agree. I think this record is going to be really important in terms of keeping the fans that are hanging by a thread. I don't think MCR realize how important. From what I have heard of the live stuff, it's not going to do the job. I know it's hard to judge from a live performance, but that is my opinion.

Anonymous said...

I couldn't agree more. At this point, though, I think Gerard is beyond listening to anybody. I seriously think that in his mind, he can do no wrong. He probably thinks he could go into the studio and record an entire CD of crap that just comes off the top of his head and the world would be there ready and waiting to lap it up.

He's way overdue for a reality check. I hope this record is it.

Anonymous said...

Speaking of the studio, I wonder what the producer that worked with Bruce Springsteen and Steven Tyler thinks about the 'vocal stylings' of Gerard Way?

Anonymous said...

He was all over the place trying to get through TPB there. "My Chemical Romance - Listen to Gerard stumble through the lyrics to their biggest hit!". Ray can't even begin to figure out how to harmonize with that. Too bad too because they need to try to cover it up as much as possible.

Anonymous said...

I think Brendan O'Brien is one of those "hands off" type producers who lets the band be as much in charge as they want to be.

He's also pretty well known for his mixing abilities, so he's probably got his work cut out for him trying to make Gerard's vocals sound acceptable. Poor guy.

The man has produced some great albums, but he's also churned out a few stinkers as well. Billy Talent's last CD was damn boring and Audioslave's last CD was terrible.

Anonymous said...

Gerard needs Howard Benson to whip his ass in line. Oh, Howard. We miss you so. :(

Anonymous said...

Okay, so wait. The new producer worked with a vocalist as amazing as Chris Cornell and the result was that craptastic Revelations CD? Oh my God. MCR's new CD is going to be even worse than we expected.

I also find it kind of funny that he produced A Crow Left of the Murder by Incubus. Isn't that the CD with the track Megalomaniac on it?

Hey megalomaniac
You're not Jesus
Yeah, you're no fucking Elvis
Special, as you know yourself, maniac
Step down
Step down

Yeah
You're no Jesus
You're not Elvis
...
You're no answer

Do those lyrics remind you of anyone? LMFAO.

Wow. I just watched that interview clip again and the look on Mikey's face when Gerard was saying that...just wow. He looked like a little kid. His eyes just were so big and he honestly did look hurt.

Gerard is such a jackass. Thing is, the only one who looked even remotely energetic and like he was having a good time at that show was Mikey.

Gerard looked like a big old slimy slug with bits of mulch sticking stuck to the top of its head. He's just gross now.

Has anybody here been following the Mackenzie Phillips story at all?

Yes, it's completely disgusting and I hate bringing it up, but in addition to the horrific things Ms. Phillips revealed about her father, she also said that Mick Jagger bedded her at 18 and told her that he'd been waiting to f*ck her since she was 10.

There is a lot of talk about how these men, these "rock gods" feel that they are somehow above the morals and taboos in our society because of the adulation they receive.

Now I am in no way comparing any of the members of MCR or MSI to Mick Jagger or even John Phillips in terms of talent or fame. However...

This whole business of "friendship" with Frances seems even creepier to me now. What if Jimmy or Gerard or even Mikey has been waiting to f*ck her since she was 14 (10, 12, or whenever they originally met)? Or even Lindsey or Chantal for that matter, since there has always been a lot of questions about the sexuality of many of these people. I'm not accusing them, certainly, but who knows? Gerard has a massive ego and doesn't seem to be in touch with reality sometimes. And we've all read the lyrics to Panty Shot.

Also, as has been pointed out here before, Frances is underage and she hasn't had the most stable upbringing. Her mother is a complete loon who loves to lose her shit and throw around crazy accusations at the drop of a hat. So even if MCR/MSI members are totally innocent, whose to say that Courtney won't decide she wants some new publicity and maybe something to spice up a book deal?

If I were Gerard, Mikey, Jimmy, Lindsey and Chantal, I would avoid Frances like the plague. Things could get messy and they could get messy fast.

resurrected wreck said...

I knew about the Mick Jagger thing years ago, but only just became aware of the John Phillips thing when Ray Tweeted about it. I'm not saying she's making it up, but Mackenzie Phillips is one messed up chick & I take anything she says with a grain of salt.

I'm not saying she's making it up, but Mackenzie Phillips is one messed up chick & I take anything she says with a grain of salt.

I agree with you on that, but who is to say that Frances isn't going to turn out to be just as messed up? Look at her background.

I just think people should be very careful when dealing with her. She wouldn't be my choice for a "pal" if I were in my 30s.

resurrected wreck said...

I just think people should be very careful when dealing with her. She wouldn't be my choice for a "pal" if I were in my 30s.

Yeah, and I don't get that, unless they're hobnobbing with her strictly due to who her father was. I can't imagine what else would appeal about hanging out with someone almost half their age.

Anonymous said...

There's always the chance that they really do relate with her. It's plausible considering the mental state of the lot. But in that they would also probably relate to a lot of their fans, and could probably carry on friendships, and I use the term loosely, with some. But as has been stated before they only gave Frances a second glance because she's Frances Bean Cobain.

Anonymous said...

With all of Gerard's LA this and LA that I just assumed he lived in the proper city. Now that I think of it, I know some people, personally and online who say they're from "LA" but really live in a suburb.

Anonymous said...

I'm sorry, but why is it so important to know where they live? In or out of city limits? If LynZ has an entire zoo of wild animals in their backyard? Who cares, so long as they don't do anything disturbing to the animals or disrupt their neighbor's wherever they may be.

It's none of it offensive. None of this matters in the least. It's so mundane. It is rather ridiculous how everyone claims to dislike them so much, yet how many comments on such nonsense little things as LynZ irresponsibly (as if none of us have ever done such a thing) putting cat food out for strays and the like?

I wouldn't be surprised if they find us just as pathetic and amusing as we do them.

If you don't care what they think, why do you care what they do?

Their actions should not matter to you either way, if that is how you feel. If you are not a fan, whatever they say or do should have no affect on you in any way.

Any person can take offense to what another person says or does. But it is a strange way to waste your time, (figuring out what neighborhood they live in, or how suitable the stray animal situation is on their property) if you do not care for the subject you are investing your thought process and effort in.

It seems silly that some people here claim to be so indifferent, yet spend so much time dwelling on these people.
