So Gerard and Lindsey have a child and in true Hollywood style they named their new accessory "Bandit".
There's some psychology of feeling like a child is a pet, or just wanting to fit in with the "cool" crowd behind this but I'm not up to figuring it out.

Guys, SS never did any wrong to anyone (regardless of what some would say.) He's always been nice. It doesn't matter who he is. Does it matter who any of us are, behind our screen names? As far as Bob losing his dog, that's devastating. I would be enraged, seriously. My ex-boss misdiagnosed my dog three times, laughing at me because I was "over reacting," when in fact she had cancer and she died three weeks later. I had no legal recourse but to this day I wish horrible things on him. Losing a dog is like losing a family member; you grieve the same way.
From what very little I've seen of SS, he seems like a nice guy like K said. I just don't believe for one second that he's Frank or that Mayo is Gerard.

I'm also sorry about your dog, Kapunua. I lost my eighteen year old cat a couple of years back and it was so hard. Some days I still expect to come in the door and see her lying on the back of the sofa (her favorite place).
The people who post here (with the exception of a few nasties who only try to stir up trouble) are decent human beings. We would not stoop so low as to make fun of someone losing a loved one, be it a pet or a family member.

Whether they would be nice and comforting ones or mean ones.

That's so terrible about Bob's dog. I'm sure he's suffering as it is from the loss of a beloved pet, never mind that he may never know how it really happened. If it were my pet that had died under mysterious circumstances & whose ashes was then handed to me in a container, I would have gone ballistic.

I've read the article and was a little confused by Bob allegedly telling People that Dixie was the most important thing in his life. Er, doesn't he have a girlfriend/fiancée? Don't get me wrong, I've had pets myself and they meant the world to me, but I just think that it sounds odd.
But then, I always had the feeling that Bob isn't the kind of person, who connects easily with people and because of that, it would be totally understandable that he feels closer to an animal and that she meant so much to him.

I think that Frances, like any other teenager or even grown person, enjoys the attention she's getting for being friends with people, who are adored mostly by kids her age.

The lawsuit made ONTD, and while it got tons of comments (more than MCR posts usually get), most of them were of the "Oh, that poor guy! I want to go hug my dog now!" variety, rather than the usual, "Why are you posting about MCR? Are they still relevant?" or "I used to listen to them in middle school," or "Too bad the hot one got fat," comments.

I know exactly how you feel. I'm the mom of a teenage girl and I absolutely abhor the way he treated Eliza. In fact, my daughter and I had a long talk about it. We talked about the warning signs to look for in a guy to know if he truly values you as a human being or not.

I think it's prevalent in the music industry to treat females like they're nothing more than commodities for a musicians pleasure. Don't think any rockstar is above that mindset. When you have girls literally throwing themselves at you, sooner or later you take advantage of it.

It's not just young girls, it's also female "musicians" who play the game too. And girls in the recording industry who play pick a rockstar. They don't see themselves like traditional groupies, but in reality they're no different.
How disheartening is it that females are still second class citizens in the 21st Century? The saddest thing is that so many of them are just willing to accept it.
Women like Lindsey who think they're actually accomplishing something when she admits that she can't play her instrument; but she can prance around in a mini-skirt and do a backbend while showing her underwear and considers herself a great performer because of that.

I love music and i actually decided when i go to college ( this will be my last year of high school) i've decided i want to go into music industry not becuase of idiots like GW but becuase of musicians who actually have something to say. I have every intention of becoming the next Rob Cavallo.. but i want to work with musicians who actually give a f*** about the music instead of the money

It's those goddamn labels. They're run by lawyers and accountants. Their "artists" are force fed the sales propaganda, and when you're young, and really want something it's easy to swallow their crap. I believe once you sign the dotted line, they own you.

Okay, I'd just like to say that I never "loved" Gerard Way. I thought he was an okay guy with a decent set of morals (something very rare in the music business). I respected him.
And contrary to what that person said, his behavior over the last two years has completely erased any respect that I used to have for him. He's a liar who would do, say, or adopt any persona he felt would sell records in the beginning. Now he's let his true nature show and I don't like what I see. I don't think it had anything to do with him "losing his head". I don't think he ever had it to begin with.

An innocent baby should never be subjected to its mother's unhealthy habits, especially when they put its development at risk. I have concern and compassion for all infants. This. I'm a mother and when I was pregnant, I gave up coffee, soda, and anything containing aspartame. I didn't take any kind of medication unless I got my doctor's okay. I followed all of my doctor's recommendations so that my baby would be healthy. Does that make me special? Hell, no. Any woman who wants a healthy child will do the same.
And any woman who doesn't is either incredibly selfish or touched in the head.
