So since the last time I posted, apparently LynZ and Kitty did an interview where they said that people who don't like them are "fat" and "sit around eating crisps all day". This goes really well with her saying that she is "inspirational". Very mature of them. But that is to be expected from MSI members who think that slur words are funny.
Also MCR released a video for Desolation Row and LynZ is in it. Not surprisingly.
Wow good thing she doesn't want to be associated with MCR! Of course the fact that they are both lying when they say that is old news.
Ex fans are calling them My Mindless Chemical Self Indulgent Romance. Or other variations of that. That name seems very appropriate.
Again I just want to say..... I never censor this blog. I don't care what you all say. I just want you to have a place to day it. I don't agree that LynZ or Gerard should be picked on for their looks when it is their actions that are disgusting. I don't think that "fat" should be an insult (like LynZ seems to think)..... but you say what you want.
Also, to address one more thing. This has always been my blog. Verita Venom. That's my name up there. While I don't LIKE the arguing that sometimes goes on here I also will not try to stop it. Like I said, it is not my time they are wasting, it is theirs. Telling people to leave this blog is not appropriate. The only line I draw here, is slur words. All opinions are welcome. If fangirls come in complaining about everyone here, they are also allowed. You can say what you want to them but you can't ask them to leave or go to another blog. Well you CAN tell them that but nothing is going to enforce it so it's a little pointless. This blog is open to all and it always has been.
Also due to the nature of the things happening at certain other blogs in the last few months, I would also draw the line at people's information getting posted, and anyone who gets into the REAL LIFE of others. You know, any other band would totally ignore things people were saying about them on the internet. I can't imagine the bass player of another band having a public myspace and telling his fans to go fly a kite for saying bad things about his girlfriend. That's not what I saw. I saw him come up behind her to see what all the commotion was about (Eliza was being a trappy gobshite as usual) and he looked like he was about to say something but then clocked the camera that Chris was holding and thought better of it and walked off. He didn't want to be filmed. Eliza went running after him because she wanted him to be in Chris' amaaaazing video.

The girl has an oscar, as if she's going to waste her time on Gerard's crap. I'm sure in his head he thought she would love to write his screenplay. I'm sure she was asked, as was a number of other writers and the best they could get was Mark Bomback. And now Gerard's making out that that was the guy he wanted all along.

I'm not a big fan of the OTT action film, but I like Bruce Willis. Deception, however was horrific. It got something like a 12% rating on Rotten Tomatoes. Race to Witch Mountain is doing okay at the box (it's Disney, duh), but the critics pretty much trashed it too.
With Watchmen not doing as well as expected at the box office and TUA taking a most definite turn towards the dark side in the last couple of issues, I'm not so sure that Universal is going to be all that keen on making it. If they do, it will probably wind up being some watered down kiddie flick.

I really, really hate Eliza, and I can't believe I'm going to say this, but...that version cuts off too soon. You don't really see how Eliza's whole countenance changes after Gerard says something to her. It's like she goes from having fun talking to her friends to kind of "Oh shit, I gotta go because Gerard wants me."
I don't really think he was mad or that he didn't want to be in the video. I just think he wanted her to come with him but couldn't stop to wait for her to finish what she was doing and he was being kind of an ass. I also agree with the person who said she ran after him like a trained dog.

they weren't officially a couple at that point (but yeah they were definitely bumping uglies) that video was taken during that street drop thing when she had red hair. she was there in her capacity as 'band hair stylist' and as she was his bit on the side there is no way he wanted to be photographed with her. That's probably the reason he bolted when he realised Chris was filming that other video.

I've been trying to find it, but I don't think it exists anymore. Chris had it up on his lj way back when, but I think he might have cut the video a bit short so Eliza wouldn't look quite so ~desperate. Chris is one of the few people in that crowd who have continued to support and befriend Eliza. I think he's a gigantic douche, but I have to admit, I kind of respect him for not dropping Eliza like everyone else did.

I think Chris was just trying to help Eliza get her side of the story out there. If nothing else, Eliza has proven that she has a sense of humor and can make fun of herself (e.g., the pictures of herself in the Hannibal Lecter mask, burning money and looking pregnant).
Once again, I'm not excusing anything she did. I hated her when she was with Gerard. I hated that she paraded her personal life on the internet and then tried to blame fans for calling her out.

Sales of TUA dropped again this month. Dallas issue 4 sold 21,104 copies and was at 94 in the charts. That's a loss of 15,600 readers from Dallas issue 1, to Dallas issue 4. I really don't see how Universal can think making a film will be financially viable. Watchmen hasn't earned what they thought it would earn and thats based on a critically accalimed graphic novel with a huge fan base.

Caleb has such a unique voice which gives this band a real edge, especially since they're one of the only bands I've ever seen who sound better live than they do on their CDs. I think these guys will be around for years to come, long after bands like MCR and FOB have faded into obscurity.
Also, at the risk of sounding like a fangirl, Caleb may very well be the most beautiful man I've ever seen (and he looks even better in person), and Jared and Nathan are pretty damn hot too. Some good genetics in the Followill family, to be sure.

I certainly wasn't advocating censorship. People are entitled to express their opinions. However, it would make a difference if more people thought before they opened their mouths about the choice of words they use to express their opinions, and the way their choice of words affects others.
Adopting the attitude 'who cares? it's just a word' is demonstrative of an individual lacking empathy, compassion, social awareness and the vocabulary to express themselves without resorting to using words that are potentially insensitive and hurtful to others. (The word 'Italian' clearly does not fall into that category.)
Regarding censorship, we all have the right to say whatever we choose. We also have the choice of abusing that right, or making the choice to exercise that right in conjunction with our own moral compass.

I always thought an Italian Mamma was a woman who was like the head of the family so in my mind that would mean a strong, powerful woman and to me it's not a negative thing. I think it all depends on a person's perception of what is acceptable and how offensive a person would find such a term. I think getting into a 'race' argument is a bit of a slippery slope but I would never say anything negative towards someone's ethnical background or sex or gender as people who do are just ignorant and narrow minded.

Personally I don't find her pretty in anyway. What she does to earn money makes her ugly to me both on the inside and the outside.
I think people who keep going on about her being pretty are just trying to find one mice thing about her. Think of it as someone saying a person who is ugly has a good personality.
In my experience most people who are consider the prettiest are some of the ugliest people inside.

Oh wow, this person knows Alicia and I assumed that pic was taken with Alicia around. I guess that puts Alicia in 'stalker' position. Maybe just like Eliza, she's the main reason why Mikey broke up with Jeanna in the first place.
Someone said earlier that people come here to vent their feelings.
I've seen comments that range from nitpicking about physical abnormalities like Gerard's back, to continuing to obsess over the "crisps" comment, to wishing gruesome deaths upon them. Though I do realize that most of those were exaggerated. Of course.
Everyone swears up and down that they never thought of Gerard or the band as gods, but rather just as a "different" kind of entertainer.
What I want to know, is how one band, one PERSON, can trigger such intense emotions, and for so LONG. 18 months is no picnic.
And no, I know that it's not the physical or romantic attraction for most here.
Perhaps he truly has succeeded in his vies for attention, of any kind.
Or perhaps he really did mean a lot to some who, upon realizing he would not live up to the vast standards both they and he put upon him, became bitter, and even embarrassed they ever believed in a mere human, capable of error, deceit, and greed. So they deny ever having had such feelings about him.
I've also seen time and time again that for many of you, the band "died" during Projekt Revolution, or even before that. If that was truly the case, I don't think many would still be here. Most would have stopped listening to the band or keeping up on their latest happenings, if it made them so angry or saddened.
I'm not asking that you stop posting here, or even for you to feel bad about doing so. Just to stop claiming you do not care about the band or this man and his actions, or denying ever having had such feelings. Because it is glaringly obvious that you do.
You may ask me, as you have other posters, what I'm doing here if I obviously disagree with the majority of what you say. And I must say I can't give a clear answer. I was once a big fan of the band, but I've since moved on, though I do still listen to them occasionally. So my purpose is not to "stick up" for any of them. I just found this curious.

I think you live in a bubble if you think one person can't cause this much up roar. Look at people like Princess Diana or that Jade Goody person.
You don't understand that is finds but you don't need to come on here and continue to question the people here. We do this because we feel like it. Because we are pissed and disappointed. End of story
I think most still follow because they know that what is going on is a train wreck waiting to happen. You want to look away but the stupidity and grotesque nature of the situation just draws you in.
I think it is best that you just don't come here. It bothers you and you don't like it. No matter what we say you won't get why we are here

Msi isn't a band with anything deep to say. That is just something people like you come up with to justify liking them.
They are nothing more than a shock band that uses old tricks to make some people think that they are doing something new.
Msi are nothing more than the musical equivalent of girls gone wild. But it easy to get a hold of and make the people who watch, listen or participate in it think it is something not part of the mainstream.
Maybe the girl on BN isn't an insider, that pic came from this site. There's another one of Jeanna at TGOY set. He and Alicia couldn't have been together long before they got married.

I'm going to give you a different perspective.
Have you ever believed someone? Did you ever really respect someone? It didn't have to be anyone really close to you, just someone that gave the impression that word is not that scary with these type of people in it.
Now, this person appeared to be an intelligent, thoughtful person. Someone who really seemed concerned about others; you never saw them as super human, just someone with good values.
Because of the values that they reflected, they gain your trust, and you really like them. In a way, you became emotionally invested.
Then through a series of events, their true nature is exposed. For some, trusting in someone means a lot to them, it doesn't come easily.
Usually when this happens, they feel betrayed. They cannot understand how someone could dupe them this heinously. Strong emotions accompany these feelings, for you see, they not only are angry for the lie, the also feel angry with themselves for not being able to see right through it.
There is no time frame for venting strong feelings. Everyone is individual, so they will move on in their own time.
